I remember when I was in construction. There were a mix of people who loved my work ethic, and those who seemed to want to prove they were smarter than everyone. Next thing I knew it seemed I should of gone into behavioral studies so I could improve my ability to work with the impossible better lmao. Anyway, I got too sick to keep doing it but was I ever physically and mentally competitive. Some people looked up to me and some people hated me for what I could do.

The blue collar worker will learn how to do a job and through work ethics get the work done.
College graduates think they are owed a high pay even without much work effort. They feel they are worth more than anyone else, even if they barely passed the work to get a degree.
There are thousands of jobs that take no graduate degree at all. People are going to college today so they get paid for not working, they want to manage other people even if they can't do it. Higher paying jobs today mean less and less work. But the problem also is the amount of student loans these graduates have been sold into by the colleges.
America can survive without college graduates.
