    First of all, thank you so so much for this video. I am a Chemical Engineer and have changed my career path into cosmetis because it has always been my great passion. We all know this current situation is challenging to say the least which is why I have taken a course in Cosmetics Regulatory to obtain a certification. I am afraid it won't do me much on my CV because I think companies look for experience afterall and was actually thinking to reach to companies to gain some experience. Thank you!!!

    Hello. I would like to ask, what are the difference(s) between regulatory affairs and compliance?

    • @Buyitforwife
      @Buyitforwife  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Depends on the organization. Sometimes it’s an over arching term to capture all departments in regulatory and quality assurance. In others, the compliance team is used to self audit or enforce procedures.

      @@bellebelleme on the surface, transferable skills would be: ability to collaborate with other departments, attention to detail, documentation, analytical skills, prioritizing, ability to meet tight deadlines. I will say that it will be a significant shift in careers and you're essentially starting from scratch - but that shouldn't discourage you! if RA is what you want to shift into, do it!

    Hi sir, i have an experience 8+years in pharma industry in various functions i.e.R&D,Quality assurance, quality control in india.And iam trying to stabilize my career in RA i have done my RAPS certification too.
    How to get opportunities in RA outside of india ,from india????

    • @Buyitforwife
      @Buyitforwife  ปีที่แล้ว

      It’ll be difficult to as the country you want to get into will require permits/visas to work there. If you can get those first, that will help but just know from employers point of view, they’ll see candidates out of country to be higher investment - visas, moving costs, etc so your skillset will likely have to be specialized and sought after

      Thanks for the comment - that’s a loaded question but a good one that I get quite frequently. Generally speaking, it comes to your job search strategy, identifying your target roles/companies and doing identifying if there are any minimum requirements that you don’t meet. From there it’s a tailored approach of getting your resume, cover letter to the right level and then targeting your company. There’s a lot to cover on these topics (but a comment section isn’t really the right avenue)! Also check out my other reg affairs videos too!
