Thanks Levi, and maybe those old miners we’re looking over your shoulder🤔as I’m thinking that creek looked the same when they first prospected there all those years ago. Another great video Levi, it must be satisfying after hearing the Old-timers account of "gold like rolled oats" then going there and finding exactly that! keep up the good work.
I'm telling you, that looks like so much fun watching you sniping for gold. There are so many places I want to go and try sniping myself here in the US. Thanks for showing great techniques and where to look.
Nice area mate.🍺 The banks of the creek are fairly flat and that bedrock would be relatively shallow in some places.... great detecting area. Remember that creek has changed its course many times in millions of years and there may be richer channels now buried. Worth a go anyway.
Nice little haul! It would almost pay to bring a pan and a yabi pump with you. At least in the new areas like this one, when water levels are unknown. Cheers!
1.1 grams. Not a bad day my friend! Love the intro as always! I always dig your selection of music. One thing I like about you or channel is that it mentally takes me there. It's a very mysterious area and very beautiful. Keep up the good work brother!

Hi Fellow Treasure hunter... Love you're vlogs. Exstreamely entertaining and educational. Showing my fellow hunters some much deserved love all the way from South Africa 🇿🇦. Keep them comming mate...
Yes I love your sniping videos. I’m doing some of that now in our local river on hot days. Have found some pieces but hasn’t added up to a gram yet. Thanks for the video
Still a good $100 worth of gold and well worth the effort. Magnificent scenery and great filming. Just beautiful in Tassie. I hope it remains the beautiful last frontier.
I had the opposite problem today - hiked out to a land destination to detect, and the access was flooded! Had to get pretty creative to get in there. Glad you still came out with some 'rolled oats', hehe. Happy hunting :)
I've never had to walk away from a piece of gold I can't imagine how that would be and I don't want to know. Handy when you know the size of the gold in an area, A sluice box would be good to use there put all the deep gravel through it.
Hey Levi, by the way, I absolutely love the name it's a perfect name in my opinion! I have been watching Abyss Dredging and they will sometimes take rocks and build a small dam with rocks to increase the water level for their dredge, most times they can raise the level 6-8 inches just using rocks to block it up. I know it won't work all the time but it's a great way to do things at times. I told them about your channel and it turns out they are already watching your channel, they are across the pond there in New Zealand. It's pretty crazy what a small world we live in at times. Love your videos and honestly, I only have one small complaint and that is I don't like the music you overlay on your videos, just hearing you walk through the woods and in the water is enough for me, maybe others could comment on what they think too. Have an awesome day and you have a great family as well. I'm totally sorry for you losing your brother as well, I lost a nephew who was special to all of us as he was an amazing kid, but he took his own life, it was also mental illness. He left behind 3 kids an adorable wife and a family who loved him dearly, it was very hard to lose him. Keep your chin up as GOD has a way of healing all our hurts. GOD BLESS and have a great day!
Apparently you should have a Yabbi Pump with you. I know of them as a hand dredge in Canada, but Chris at Vogus talks about them all the time. And it being a tool to get crayfish or crawdads.
