Main Story Ch. 3 released in Japan when our version 2.13.700 released in October. October also marked the first time global "skipped" a Star Dream encounter (they're normally once every 3 months). It would make sense to release that "skipped" SDE instead of a repeat of the one we did get in July for version 2.13.100 .
When do we get the level cap bumped to 100? Stopping at 80 seems... odd. I'm fine with unusual, but this particular 'unusual' I find a little extra hard to understand.

I am so excited! New SDE already, new mechanics and story, more freebies due to the anniversary campaign.. I'm absolutely stoked!
