Thanks for this. Most of the tutorials show girls with very long, thin hair with no layers, and while the styles they show look great, they don't work on hair like mine that is thick, heavy, and wavy and needs to be layered. Dividing my hair into two ponytails at the start of the hairstyle has been a huge help for me to deal with the heavy weight of my hair, which often comes loose if I put it in one ponytail/bun, but I never thought of styling two buns/chignons on top of each other. I would just make a bun/chignon on the bottom and then not know what to do with the top. How you did it is a very clever solution!

hi, I use syoss and the one without gas is from lella (italian brand for beauty products for dancesport). If you go to my blog (katys-corner.com) you'll find the list of products I used in this video :-)

I take them off with my hands and then I was my hair with a lot of shampoo and a lot a lot a lot of conditioner. It's important to use a glue which is not too strong, so you can take them off more easily. I use UHU flex...

Feven Demoz It's for competitive dancing, that's why I use so much hairspray. If you move fast your hair need to hold tight 😉

If you want it to hold through every dance and still look put together it definitely is worth all the time, work and hairspray
