    Amazing work! 👏🏻 do you take out the clips of the buns or not after the hairspray dries?

      In this video I used the black pins for the shape and the golden pins to hold it together. So I used the black ones, then the hairspray and hairdryer (and repeated this process), then I took out the black pins and used the golden pins to support the bun.
      ...and when I washed my hair I found a black pin :-D
      Just try to form and shape your hair with hairspray and then use the pins in a way so you don't really see them.

    Hi Katy, this is a great video, thank you!! I was just wondering - do you think it is possible to do this kind of hairstyle the night before the competition and sleep on it (maybe attaching the jewels in the morning)?

      Hi :) it is possible to do your hairstyle the day before the comp. But don't forget that the waves shouldn't be too much in 3D, so you can sleep on both sides, not only on one. I try to avoid sleeping with my hair already done, because I can't sleep so well.

    Thank you! I learned some new techniques that I can't wait to try !! How long did it take you to do this hairstyle?

      :) If I don't take care of the camera all the time: ca. 2 hours (+/- 30 min)

    what glue do you use to put stones in your hair?

    • @CathzeD
      @CathzeD  7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi, first I use really a lot of hairspray on the spot, where I want to place the stone. Then I use "UHU flex" - it is glue for paper. If you are afraid of this glue you can use glue for lashes. To get rid of the glue in your hair wash it with a lot of shampoo and also a lot of conditioner. Afterwards brush your hair, when they are wet. Then you can easily brush it out of your hair - but they have to be still wet!

    What gel, cream and hairsprays do you use? Thanks.

      Hi, in this Video I used products from Syoss (hairspray and volume foam) and Lella (hairspray with kreatin).

    I don't know of anyone under 70 years old who does ballroom dancing anymore. Seriously.

    That isn't Karen, though, in the video. It's a much younger woman.
