I am new to Seattle and I just wanted to say that this list was put together very well. In my time here I had been able to see the Cascades and Olympic National Park and even the Odette Triangle ..
Here's the thing, get out there!! Washington State is gorgeous and medicine for the soul. The reason I say this is that I am here dealing with a medical diagnosis and in one year have gone from climbing mountains to a wheelchair. I don't say this for pity I just say don't put things off. I've lucky that I traveled and have not too many regrets. Well done segment!

Lidia, I hope you get better. I also hope someone in your life can take you places accessible by wheelchair and wheel you up the hills of - let's say Discovery Park. I hope you still get to enjoy the outdoors!

@@weisserth thank you for the well wishes. It was odd to put such personal thing out there and I'll probably take it down but I simply love the outdoors ... California and the PNW and I'm happy just seeing what I did. There are a couple of groups that I've joined online that are fighting for rights of accessible paths etcetera and that's probably the way I'll go as I've always been an advocate. Now I can fight for information on ADA accessible hikes! Thank you again, L
