Idk why I see that mistake so much because it tells you right there on the screen in front of you. Anyway he then disengaged it because he had too much spinning because he didn’t warm the tires. So he sucks big time
You didn't engage the launch function, at all. You have to push the brake as hard as possible. Then engage full throttle in a quick stab, while holding on to the shift paddle. Once engaged, the shift paddle holds yours brakes and the engine settles at the desired RPM. Keep your foot on the throttle or it cancels. Then you let off the paddle to launch.
And this is why I recommend anyone who is buying or going to buy one of these high performers vehicles to take some kind of professional race car training not your average person can drive these Monsters 🙏

If this car was all wheel drive - even though it would make the car about 200lbs heavier it would be so effective with performance. Many people struggled to run a 11 second quarter mile.
A scrambler was never designed to break laws period….but only intended to allow more time to adjust speeds down safely without police seeing your speeding. So basically you can punch down the highways and if you get up on a 🚔 out there he can’t see anything unless your close up on him. A radar detector can detect police for miles away but a scrambler makes you invisible so you safely slow down near the officer without them seeing speeds period. Like yesterday I was rolling 90mph and a state police was sitting in the dark. He turned his radar on me at last minute as i braked over 500ft from him. He set there and never moved.
You need to practice at lower speeds and get used to feathering that gas pedal. You'll be pretty good after about 30 tanks. And that's 30 tanks of just doing that. And then maybe just maybe you will be able to beat out a Mustang.
Remember I use a $600 radar detector but believe me that radar detector by itself is not enough protection by far without using a scrambler with it When your invisible to police there’s so much more to can do that’s all I gotta say👍🏽👍🏽

You know what's more fun? A 2020 GT500 in track mode and a line lock launch with 760hp. But that's just an opinion.
You didn't engage the launch function, at all. You have to push the brake as hard as possible. Then engage full throttle in a quick stab, while holding on to the shift paddle. Once engaged, the shift paddle holds yours brakes and the engine settles at the desired RPM. Keep your foot on the throttle or it cancels. Then you let off the paddle to launch.
Hellcat owner here, exactly. Didn’t even do it right but the launch control kinda sucks in function and it doesn’t do too much.
