Gaara is hands down the MVP of fourth war. “When did you forsake yourself” got a LEGENDARY fence sitting grandpa to whoops some ash. Also gave a rallying speech to an entire army and brought them together, his talk no jutsu might pass Naruto’s.
It might be a bit of a stretch to say that Gaara's talk no jutsu might pass Naruto's but it is impressive and he pretty much 100% learned from the best

Think about it, when you are younger we take advantage of everything. As we get older, as we face other human hatred towards us, the pain of loss and time, we begin to appreciate more and more what we have left. We love Hardee, we appreciate more gracefully, we think more carefully.

I'd say Gaara is the MVP for the first half of the Fourth War, and Naruto is MVP of second half of the Fourth War.

I personally think Gaara needs more of a mention. Cos even if it wasn't just him alone, he was important for actually bringing the allied forces together to fight alongside each other in the war.
I think that goes back to Naruto thou. If Naruto didn't change who Gaara is, Gaara would not have been able to speak like that in front of the allied forces. But tbh, IT IS JIRAIYA and ITACHI who are the heroes of the 4th shinobi war. Both of them guided Naruto. Naruto's will of fire originates from Jiraiya's teachings. Naruto once tried to take everything on his own, but Itachi reminded him to not lose his way.

He didn't join the war, but he died fighting for his ideals. Was George Washington not a hero? What about Yue Fei of China? Jose Rizal of the Philippines? These people barely did anything huge in war. They aren't well known snipers. They didn't kill thousands of people. They just fought for their ideals. In this case, Naruto, Jiraiya and Itachi are the heroes. They have all the accomplishments in war, and they have the ideals of achieving peace. If it wasn't for Jiraiya, the entire Konoha would've been in ruins. No one would've figured out the weakness of Nagato. Itachi was the reason why Naruto was saved, and the entire shinobi alliance would've been almost wiped out had it not been for Itachi. Not only that, but he was the inspiration for Sasuke deciding to join the war which also caused Orochimaru to follow Sasuke's path. Naruto's mom gave birth to Naruto. But she isn't the hero. She is a mother who protected her son. That's how she died. Minato isn't the 4th shinobi war hero. He is the hero of the leaf during 9 tails attack & the 3rd shinobi war. He died protecting Konoha and his family.

Him doing something that benefited naruto in the past does not make him a hero of the war. Plain and simple. Itachi ain’t a hero of the war because he “reminded him not to lose his way,” but because of what he did against kabuto. You’re confusing the premise of the video which is talking about war heroes, not regular heroes. They don’t call middle school teachers war heroes for teaching students that end up becoming decorated soldiers.

Hanzo of the Rain is the biggest hero of the Second War. The dude, cruel and merciless as he was, managed to beat back a huge invading force and keep his country independent.

The weird thing about Naruto's history (that we know) is that it seems like everything happened so long ago but actually it's that so much happened in a very short period of time. Like Hashirama and Madara's death and the founding of the hidden leaf seem like it was so long ago, yet there are people alive in the series who were there. Hiruzen has fought in every war- he lived through the first 2, was the Hokage for the 3rd, and was resurrected for the 4th just so he could keep a perfect record lol. Tsunade is literally Hashirama's grand daughter- the fifth Hokage grew up with the 1st hokage. Guess that's the influence of war- it speeds up time.
Really crazy when you think about it. The same happened in our world. People in the 1800s would not recognise the world in the 1900s. 1900-2020 changed the world so drastically and so fast, it would be unrecognisable to anyone who hasn't lived through at least a part of it.

I mean it’s fairly accurate, for the U.S we participated in 2 world wars 4 other major wars (that’s if you count the war on terror as 1 whole thing rather then 3 separate wars in different countries) 1 Cold War and 27 other minor conflicts which we’ve sent troops to, within the last 100 years.

You forgot to mention Might Dai for standing against the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist during the 3rd great shinobi war for being the first to unlock all 8 gates.
Imagine if Hashirama didn't sell his personal nukes he collected in his boredom which is stupid cause Hashirama defeated them already so he could do it again. He dies and nobody has his ability to drain biju. Tobirama is the genius aware every village wants fertile fields for crops and forest land. Instead of selling biju have Hashirama go to each village and create the fields and forests in these countries for a big payment. He could do it in sand village making it like he did konoha hell he even can create buildings&homes in seconds too . He truly had the best kekkai genkai because its necessary for all life to thrive. He could've done 1 deep forest emergence daily to increase amount of good land for all countries and control the hidden villages by withholding his ability to create resources from wood release, water release and earth release using Jutsus as hagoromo intended with ninshu aiding in improving land &village instead of combat.

Your plan of transitioning from shinobi to farmer is a challenge in itself. Shinobis are taught to rain death and destruction, not to sow lands. People will find that hard to accept. Doable, but hard. Besides, think of it in the outsider's perspective. Forest is Hashirama's domain. Going green will be seen as facade to increase surveillance (If hashirama can use the plants and trees to sense and most worryingly, assassinate).
The worry of Hashirama is balance. If konoha keeps the tailed beasts, all it takes to kickstart a big ass war that can regress the shinobi world to the past great clan wars is some warmonger fanatic ready to make konoha great again. If he didn't, someone will trick future generations of uzumaki to coerce them to make seals to weaponize bijuu. If bijuu is evenly distributed, the great shinobi villages is their own check and balances in military power.
Shinobis always seek conflict because it is their job. Hashirama is just a war deterent. What makes it hard to keep the peace is that civilians perpetuates cheaps solutions to conflict by employing shinobis to solve problems. The problem is that all it does is solve the symptom of the conflict, not the cause.
If you want peace, destabilize the shinobi system and make a more peaceful one. Make war really hard to do and make peace preferable to war. Only then can you use chakra for peaceful ventures as the society itself is willing to accept such action.

i think itachi deserves more mention when it comes to the fourth shinobi war tho. Because yes, even tho it didnt work on madara, if he didnt release edo tensei...killer bee and naruto could've easily been captured. theres no way then can beat BOTH itachi and nagato while they were struggling just with nagato only. So the whole war could've gotten messed up.

Great video....The really weird thing about Tobirama vs KnG squad is that Tobirama actually has the best arsenal of jutsus (i.e. Shadow Clones, Edo Tensei and Flying Raijin) to keep the enemy occupied and still be able to get back to the village after that...but he still ended up dying.
Edo needs prep time and since he was ambushed, it wasn't possible for him to use it. And it was a forbidden jutsu until Orochimaru & kabuto said fuck all that

It might be that he didn't use edo that much...but I think he did, since he had special jutsus designed just for them like the exploding tag edo. I think his tactics were not to summon high level ninjas like Orochi/Kabuto but summon fodder ninjas and use things like that explosive tags jutsu.
@@BlaxkSun True...KnG might be tough mainly because of their sage tools but high jonin like darui was able to take them out...and this was not even about taking them out but just distracting them so, I think someone of Tobirama's intelligence should have been able to counter them. Also most jonins are way weaker than Kakashi/Guy both of whom were kage level, you could say KnG themselves were low kage level but shuch jonins are very few in each village, most likely the rest were your average jonins.
All those techniques take a lot of Chakra to use that's why they're forbidden
Ino was the true hero queen of the 4th war. She saved thousands of shinobi by shifting the 10 tails beast bomb, taught the signs to the allied shinobi forces for defense techniques with her mind transmission jutsu
Iwa probably invaded suna as well in the 3rd war. We learned at the start of the 4th war that the 2 villages hate eachother. So sasori probably lead the defense against iwa if i had to guess.
Sasori died at the age of 35, 17-18 years after the end of the Third Shinobi World War. This makes him around 17 years when he abandoned the village and killed the Third Kazekage (which is assumed to have taken place towards the end of the war). There was at least a decade between the end of the second shinobi world war and the start of the third. He would have been 7 years old at the end of the Second Shinobi World War, if not younger. I kinda find it hard to believe he was dyeing the sand red before he even was a ninja. Also, I believe Hanzo should be considered a hero of the Second Shinobi World War since he single-handedly pushed back three great nations from the Hidden Rain.
What's the reasoning for the ten-year gap between the wars? You're right about Sasori, I just want to know because I've spent a lot of time figuring out this timeline and it's good to have any solid numbers to crunch

I think when you are talking about the greatest heroes you have to mention Hanzo. He single handedly carried the hidden rain on his back for the entirety of the 2nd war.
I'm surprsied Hanzo didn't get a bigger mention. Sure, his fights against the Sannin and Granny Chiyo were mentioned, but not as a hero of Amegakure
I think “What happens if Rin doesn’t die?” would be an interesting What If? In this situation would Obito reveal himself? What happens if neither Kakashi or Obito awaken the Mangekyo? What happens if they make it to Konoha?

Madara made rin happen cause Obito became a Prodigy level shinobi thru his training. With her alive he goes to see her as soon as possible. He will get kamui eventually from her being hurt or she hurts him shocking his entire system into despair but its actually genjutsu to get obito back to Madara. Heart broken his chakra goes cold. Kakashi would get his MS when he sees Minato&Kushina dying to 9 tails. His last loved ones dead nobody else is close to him Danzo abusing this factor making Kakashi anbu Assassin no. 1 until hiruzen sees Sasuke needs a mentor and Kakashi needs physical connections to not lose his sanity like his dad. Kakashi is naruto big brother friend but he gets distant seeing Minato in Narutos face. Sakura needs tsunade to rejoin konoha or she ends up being someone else focusing on her book smarts and reading about techniques she joins TenTen as weapons specialist but uses chakra weapons like temari and asuma.
Obito would be weak asf. Kakashi would be stuck on his PT 1 level. Rin would probably be the best thing konoha has to offer in terms of medical ninjutsu considering how as a 13 yr old she was able to transplant a sharingan with such level that it let Kakashi awaken the MS later on. Sakura would probably train with her till Tsunade returns. I think that a better story would be what if Minato arrived before Rin kills herself? Considering how at the time Konoha had Orochiramu, Hiruzen, Minato and Kushina, all great at sealing and Jiraiya to help restrain the beast if it gets free somehow.
i would also add fugaku as one of the heroes of the 3rd great shinboi world war, it was almost certainly here he earned the name "fugaku of the wicked eye"
Renowned Heroes of their respective village:
Minato: 3rd Shinobi War, Onoki ordered his shinobis to “flee on sight” if they saw the Yellow Flash because he can slaughter an army by himself. He killed the last 50 Stone shinobis on the battlefield and later thwarted an army of 1000 which result Onoki to call for a ceasefire. Hiruzen stepped down and later appointed Minato as the 4th Hokage after negotiating a peace treaty with the neighboring villages.
Pakura: “Pakura of the Scorch Style” and literally “the Hero of the Sand” who thwarted an army of Stone shinobis by herself. She’s the deadliest kunoichi of the Sand because her Scorch Kekkei Genkai is an instant one-hit kill, mummifying her targets alive. She’s a true badass kunoichi who leaves mountains of dried up mummified corpses on the battlefield. She was sadly betrayed by Rasa and the Suna Council for a truce with the Hidden Mist who wanted her dead. Her filler episode, backstory and being Maki’s sensei are canon since it was mentioned in the Jin no Sho databook. She would’ve been a great Kazekage if she was still alive since her reputation is just like Minato’s.
Ay (3rd Raikage): saved the village from Gyuki the 8-Tails when it was going on a rampage and fought 10,000 shinobis for 3 days and nights before dying. He is essentially the “Minato” of his village for killing an army and fighting a tailed beast by himself.
You can also do a bonus round for the “almost 5th war” in the Shikamaru Hiden novel since pretty much every single nation was involved plus other very important people from stopping it before it started

Onoki was actually alive through all 4 great wars Madara went to the hidden stone slightly before the first war where he fought Onoki and Mu but Onoki was also alive and fighting during the fourth great war when he stopped one of edo Madara's tengai shinsei the massive meteor jutsu Madara could use thanks to the deva path of the rinnegan leading to the famous and badass line "what are you going to do about the second one Onoki?"
Hanzo the salamander deserves to be on this list, he single handidly fought of the most powerful, the most aggressive, and the most desperate shinobi villages simultaneously in order to defend his country that had been unjustly invaded and used as a battleground

Actually it was the name madara that United the world tunsade even stated that the name itself had power Obito wouldn’t be seen as much of a huge threat if he used his name instead of madara but obito did create the whole plot of the show

17:40 - That was her idea & Hiruzen shot it down for being impractical, due to how hard it is to train medical ninja.
The only reason the sannin got popular wad because they fought hanzo and lived, as for the gold and silver brothers, they did from what i recall attack the 2nd hokage and 2nd raikage, sounds kinda like they didn't want the war to end, from what I recall the raikage died and the second hokage escaped, the gold and silver brothers tracked him down and his team that where on another mission already exhausted and on their way back home, tobirama elected to fight them himself dying in the process, we don't know more than this, the gold and silver brothers are known to have died apart form eachother, as kakazu stated just like the last time 1 brother dies and the other one rampages, sounds like it most likely happened against tobirama (we don't really know tho) and they potentially killed eachother, tobirama and the whole enemy squad. The second shinobi world war also saw the 3rd kazekage, where he build a legend for himself as the strongest kazekage, until gaara came around. We know the sand fought in the 3rd great ninja war, the peace deal screwd them over economically, leading to massive cost cutting and the military leader of the nation (kazekage) to plant a tailed beast into his still unborn son, the contiued economic hardship on the military seems to have been thanks to the leaf as they where quite happy to go along with orichinaru to attack the leaf, some even called it getting even or getting back at the leaf, and baki was quite positive about if they could knock the lead down the sand could recover from the last war (last war pre hidden leaf crushing was the 3rd great ninja war)

I would say Jiraiya is a hero too because he raised random kids he didn't even know that the war made into orphans. Kind of like a father that stepped up, I know that Nagato turned evil later, but that wasn't his fault...it was Danzou's.

Ive always wondered this but how did the other villages teach shinobi???? I know about the blood mist village and their bizarre rituals but what about everyone else? Tobirama created a school for knonoha shinobi and they had the anbu and root and we’re basically black ops but everyone calls their shinobi by the same class: jonin, chunin, etc. i think jonin from lets say the land of lightning were drastically weaker than konoha jonin and had to do “get it how you live” training but we all just assume that all jonin or chunin or whatever class is at the same level as the other villages. Its like comparing middle schoolers to college grads.

I mean, if you were fighting someone who had regen greater than the hundred healings jutsu almost everyday and you didn't, you would have to get good at dodging because if you don't, you would forever be crippled while your opponent just regens like it's nothing. You would be at 65 - 80% while your opponent is at 100%.
