From the lack of context I can't say for sure but I think Kat was frustrated with the situation ( a reoccurring one) and she couldn't get the girl to resolve her issues after trying to multiple times. The dark haired woman seemed frustrated as well, it is very likely the blond girl was just not meshing well and not putting in enough effort into her job causing everyone to become frustrated. Thats what it seemed like to me. Kat was being very reasonable and very honest, not something a lot of bosses are. She got frustrated with excuses and at the end of the day it came down to shape up or we're done, no more excuses.

Just for the record, the back story here in case you would like to know, is that 2 of my friends died in a car accident that day and I had gotten the news right before this scene. That was the reason I asked them to be nice to me. The reason I cried was because they all new this information before treating me like this. This has been a very hard clip to watch for me for some time and I just felt like I was ready to watch it and let everyone know the TRUTH about this. I walked out, filmed the rest of the scene as I had to and then I left and went to the candle lighting ceremony. Kat and Adrian were acting on their own accord and it was not scripted. That was the REAL them. Not sure if anyone will read this, however I feel better saying it, now that I finally can.

I watched this when it was on the air, and it still makes me cringe. I've always been convinced Aubrey has generalized anxiety disorder. I recognize soooo much of myself in her before I got on meds. I have severe GAD with dissociative episodes. It can royally fuck up your concentration, short-term memory, ability to learn & apply new information, and ability to handle stressful situations. Bullying/mental abuse like this will make it 100 times worse pretty fast. I still hope Kat Von D & Co. eventually have karma bite them hard in the asses. And I hope she got help if in fact she had it.

I watched this when it was on the air, and it still makes me cringe. I've always been convinced Aubrey has generalized anxiety disorder. I recognize soooo much of myself in her before I got on meds. I have severe GAD with dissociative episodes. It can royally fuck up your concentration, short-term memory, ability to learn & apply new information, and ability to handle stressful situations. Bullying/mental abuse like this will make it 100 times worse pretty fast. I still hope Kat Von D & Co. eventually have karma bite them hard in the asses. And I hope she got help if in fact she had it.
