    Your video has helped me narrow down my choices for a new compact lightweight tripod for back packing. It’s simple to the point very clear on. What’s the good features of this tripod. Thank you for taking time to do this. I am from Bethlehem Pennsylvania, USA.

      The main stand out features are the build quality and compact size for me.

    Small & light what is not to like, I love my Vanguard tripod, they make excellent tripods.

    Thanks for that review! Can it handle heavy rain or even being accidentally dropped in a lake, or can you stand it up in a shallow river?

    Thank you for a great review. Would you recommend this over the k&f b210 that you've also reviewed? One release only on the ballhead is a little disappointing, but overall it seems like a nice tripod.

      Yes. This is awesome quality 🤓👍🏻

    Great video, thanks :)
    Quick question: is the hardware (hinge and ball-head) on this made from an aluminum casting or from plastic

      @@geekanoids I now have this, although I have the fully aluminum version (slightly cheaper) It's a great little tripod, I bought it for my mum so she can learn landscape photography, I can confirm for anyone who'd interested that the casting is aluminum, and it probably is one of the best light weight tripods for the same money so thanks again for a great video with lots of good advice :)

    Nice video mate I really enjoyed it. I am looking for a lightweight tripod to use with my binoculars when I am hunting. Just curious as to how smooth it is moving side to side? Thanks.

    • @geekanoids
      @geekanoids  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Nice and smooth.

      @@geekanoids is there a separate toggle to tighten the side to side then the ball movement. Like 1 to control side to side and 1 for the ball?

      @@geekanoids thank you! I can’t figure out how to do it for the life of me. Does it require using the Allen wrenches?

    Will this fit inside a water bottle holder like on the Wandrd Prvke or Peak Design Everyday Backpack?

  • @darrenhaken

    How tall is it without extending the centre column to the max height? What are your thoughts on this Vs the 235CB? That's a heavier unit but goes to 140cm.

    Thanks for making the video, it looks a good tripod. However, it’s way too long, we don’t need to see the box or the logo. I would have liked to see more of the ball head and the quick release operation. I would have liked to see you mount a camera and try it for stability. I hear what you say but seeing us believing.
