10 mil??? I guess Ferraris are 25k as well?
Truly different.
The land cost $8M back in 2015. The build was reputed to cost $30M. Asking price in upcoming sale is $50M+ . Potential buyer would have to be from the Shire. I think for $50M buyers would go for a smaller house on Sydney Harbour
Fabulous home, great builder , one problem ………. The location !
if you want to buy this house in Sydney you would have to pay the 80+ mil
Location is perfect. Just make sure you have a good enough car to get you from A-B before you do buy this place.
Why?
Presently it has been owned by Mr Rajasekhar Reddy an indian migrant
It actually cost $60 million
Currently on sale for more than $50 Million AUD owned by Steve Shelley of the shelleys drinks Company but also owns aerocare and deputy software
50 million*
For sale.
Looks like a lot of work, the aesthetics and architectural design appear to be very well executed, well done.
I've stayed in NSW national parks that put this overpriced/overrated Mcmansion in the shade. Have your status flatus, I'll take the bush any day!
Glad to know you don't want it. You've just made it that much more easier for someone else to have it. 🤦♀️🤦♂️
it is down the road from me and it is $50 mill AUD lol not 10
