Awesome, man, that’s a nice truck!! Crete hasn’t been great lately. They rushed me out of the house last Thursday just to sit waiting for empties for a day and a half. Sat almost a day today waiting for my next load, which doesn’t load until tomorrow, so a free 34 right out of the house is just awesome lol. I’m looking for something better
Sorry to hear that! If you’ve got a year experience and endorsements, you should be able to get on with a good LTL or Tanker company. Hope you find something better for yourself.
Have you talked to any drivers on the Merchant gas division? I just got on with them for call and demand and they advertise $80-$140k, just wondering what is realistic?
You’ve quit twice? Same position? I was offered a job from the TM about a year after leaving, and I declined the offer. For me, it wasn’t the job, it was the environment and commute.
@@FreightHauler87 I understand. I like the paycheck. I thought if you didn’t mind being gone you could run the extra board and make good money. I hate the extra board. I transferred to Houston Tx. So I’m on it now. I will take any schedule when we bid. I was in Saint Louis. It’s very wild how different the terminals work. I just thought you could make better money and see the family every weekend. But if the terminals toxic, you’re probably better off!!
At my terminal, everyone makes over 100k. My manager is fairly strict. Does hire anyone with 1 year experience. She doesn't like bear minimum. Hopefully I get a new truck soon. My current truck has 550k miles lol
Seems like you like the company 💪, the fuel side is the same way, we can make 70 - 80 on the low end but if we work 60 hours a week easily make 110k+
I like it here a lot😂 nothing bad to say… I didn’t know fuel hauling paid that much, but glad to know it
@@FreightHauler87 Yea I think it depends on the terminal tbh, Ik in florida they make less per hour but idk how much they make per year

This is awesome! I'm glad you got a new truck because I swear that old truck broke down every other week. But yet, you always made good money. lol

Never talked to any of them, let me know how it goes
I have quit Estes 2 times. I would like to talk. Let me know. No judgment. Just talking points.

Nice truck. Make miles now
That's the plan!

lol hope you get a good truck, too! The money sounds good
Shit that's considered a new truck here at Estes lol.. my truck has 880k miles it's a 10spd manual.. it runs good though honestly I'm very surprised..
Mine has 737500 miles on it. 10 speed manual.🤘
I'm trying to get on with kag but i have a automatic restriction. does that affect me if i want to join for a otr position ?
I don’t believe so. Most of our trucks are automatics
Do you actually drive or just talk😮 Truckers drive
do you want to watch him drive and not talk? that would be boring
🤣
