I don’t own any Sonos products, so this might be wrong, but I’m pretty sure that if you connect 2 sets of these in to 2 individual stereo pairs, then group them in a multi room set up, you could achieve a similar effect. As for surrounds, no. As for the reason why I don’t own any Sonos products, it’s because they’re so expensive!
Most people will probably buy this to hang on the wall, so that higher position will likely make a difference in sound in comparison with the One SL that sits on the table.
As of right now, you can only connect 2 surround speakers to a Sonos Soundbar. You could set as many as you want in a separate “room” but you’ll only get 2 discrete surrounds.
you complain about the wifi setup, SONOS always say your initial setup connecting to your wifi should be done via the ethernet cable provided first and allow the updates etc, so this was your (user) issue rather than the equipment
They should be able to let you put in a custom frame since they are interchangeable
Probably you can I guess I know is hard but still … is new thing and maybe third party or you can talk to them as customer care and made it one day …
Would be better if one could actually order custom pictures for these "picture frame" speakers...
I’d love to see your thoughts on the LG eclair qp5.
the sonos app is having errors, I had saved an extra devices than the one I had used and I tried to reconnect and it presents the same problems
How would I connect these to a TV (e.g. a LG C2) if I wanted to do that? Do TVs have the Sonos app that works directly?
You need either a sound bar like the arc/beam that have an eARC HDMI input or a sonos port, then you join those together into a room.
Plz review yamaha ysp 2700 and ysp 5600..
Will you be doing a review of the new Sony HT lineup this year?
I’d love to see an HT A9 review.
Great review! Do you know if you can "pair" 4 speakers instead of 2 as well?
Currently the limit is 2 surround speakers. Would love for them to increase this to 4, but not sure if that's going to happen or not.

@@Techlifeandmore what do you buy instead out of interest?
@@Jon-hb6gx We just use amazon echo speakers.
@@Techlifeandmore oh ok thanks for the reply. I thought you meant you went for a cheaper surround sound/integrated system.
For the people in the slow class (me included) do I need to daisy chain these 2x frames to have surround with my arc?
Nope! Daisy chaining them is only for power convenience, it doesn’t change how they work or operate at all.

That’s a very good point !
If you have the Sonos arc how many of these can you connect to a home theater? Is it just two or can you do four or six

@@JonahMatthes thanks man. It would be great if you connect as many as you wanted. But I appreciate you responding
Can you connect it to the arc with just one frame or does it HAVE to be two?
Thanks!
it doesnt have ANY inputs! its useless
My app is not finding it
No Bluetooth and no trueplay unless I pay the apple tax? I'll have to pass - I was pretty interested. Good review, thanks!
Who is Ashely?
Pop quiz? Jonah mentions in the video that Ashley is his fiance.
I am Ashley
Plssss review LG sp11ra thx
You are making a mistake , it won’t show up in the “products tab” until you restart the app.
Thanks for the video
I have one in my man cave (€189 ) I’m delighted with it !
(And I’m a little “anti” with 90% of the shit IKEA sell !
Lolz, I got two of these for rears in my master bedroom.
Do you love them, like them or hate them? I want to buy a pair.
So buy them if you want to pretend you dont have speakers…tight
Sonos got greedy with its app and compatibility.. such a shame

less talking, more music
I watched another review that was mostly music playing. Strangely, all the Sonos speakers sounded EXACTLY like my iPad speaker!

U balaba so much, where is the comparison sound of these two?
He doesn’t do sound tests because TH-cam compresses the audio.
