@@larryc1616 not illegal unless they catch you 😂 also laws are comming in soon for a new vehicle class where scooters will be allowed later 2023-2024 still not 100% when but it’s been confirmed

The roads in the UK are not designed for anything like this, in the US the roads are wider and there is brilliant cycle lanes, the roads in the UK are too narrow
Also what jake fails to mention is the tires are tube less and come with puncture prevention slime if you want that, thats helpful

usually like your solar reviews but this one wasn't the best sorry mate you got a lot of facts wrong such as saying this is more powerful than the ff lite i have a ff lite and ive rode my friends new eq the ff lite destroyed it with power the eq is basically just a fancy p1 2.0 if anyone wants to know an actual comparison of the eq and ff lite
the eq is 52v and has 2 1200w motors and a 18ah battery the ff lite is 60v and has 2 1600w motors and 23ah battery volts means speed and watts means power in simple terms my ff lite hit 48mph and the eq hit 36mph
when looking at the eq in real life it has all the same parts as the p1 2.0 same spring suspension and cable breaks and motors ride is nice very smooth but pretty harsh rebound on the suspension its just an updated chassis for the p1 2.0 basically
my ff lite has hydro breaks (they make a world of difference) and semi hydro suspension super bouncy and absorbent and comes with the damper for a smoother ride and nicer more shaped and comfy handle bars if you care about that
the eq is a great scooter but very over hyped here in this vid i really think he should have made the comparison more obvious for first time buyers so they know exactly that they are getting its down to you the buyer what is more suited for you
plus ik im being a "karen" but your riding style is pretty reckless you should always slow down when passing on small paths no matter your skill level ive done over 7k miles on scooters and even i slow down to at least 7mph for passing or less even not sending hate just hate to see a review for such a good scooter with such sketchy riding and slight misinformation
i really hope your next solar reviews are more informative and show more safe riding bc your past videos where really decent i dont mind stupid riding its fun but i never ride stupid where i could hurt/kill anyone els but myself ride dumb when there isnt people around its what i do

Absolutely. You don't want to risk hurting anyone else and besides if anyone does get injured (or worse!) then they might just outlaw them and ban em outright completely. Ruin it for everyone them. Always slow right down when people are about.

Hi mate do you have any idea why my brand new solar eq keeps cutting off for days at a time and wont turn on? I have to wait days at a time when it happens and solar wont help me at all. The handle bars are also very very loose at the stem and ive tightened everything that i can see but still very loose do you know what it could possibly be? Im having to ask randomers on youtube for help as solar are just ignoring me 😂 sold me a faulty scooter and just not doing anything about it

You need to get your facts right it’s not a step up from the ff lite at all the ff lite has 1600w x2 60v not 1200 and 52v like EQ the suspension is no where near as good and the handlebars are no where near as good the EQ is more on par with the solar p1

agree with this one i have an ffl lite its way better the eq doesn't even have hydro breaks its a good review apart from him trying to hype it up so much its basically just a fancy p1 2.0
You are a unsafe driver. All of us scooter guys absolutely know you will be one of the guys that give us new laws. Speeding close to pedestrians with one hand is especially dumb.

Hi folks -- I stoppped watching this review after 4 minutes because I'd had enough of watching a selfish rider go far too fast near pedestrians and shouting OMG. Fun for the rider but unhelpful to prospective purchasers. Can anyone help me with the following points.
1) What is the EQ like at a steady slow speed? I use my scooters for commuting and there's a lot of having to keep behind pedestrians and cyclists for certain periods of time. I have heard reports of it being quite difficult to control at low speeds.
2) Have they improved the brakes at all? A few people reported them as being quite spongy on other models.
3) Has anyone tested the range? I know of course that manufacturer's specs are basically a bunch of fairy tales but some people are reporting an IRL range of 12-15 miles. That's way too short for what I need.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I have a budget of up to about £1500 and am looking for something that can cope with long hills but doesn't jerk about at slow speeds.

the solar eq has the same battery as the p1 2.0 which is 52v 18ah not 23 ah the ff lite has a 60v 23ah battery according to solar website 🤔
