  • For the elbow strike used in karate, see Enpi (elbow strike).
    Enpi (燕飛), also frequently transliterated as Empi, is a kata practiced by Shotokan and other karate styles. Enpi means Flying Swallow. This is composed of 37 movements, arranged in the shape of a T, typically taking around one minute to perform altogether.
    In this video, the kata was teach by Ogura shihan and demonstrate by Naka shihan. Hope this sharing knowledge will benefits for all Shotokan Karate practitioners. Oss!
