3 cylinder bs6 phase 2 engine is enough. Turbo Petrol option will take its price to punch level. Earlier you tubers were laughing and condemned 3 cylinder now it's good in bs6 phase 2. You tuber have responsibility. Vague comments without thinking cost and troubles of turbo engine also road conditions, accidents is irresponsible.
Tata also has responsibility to provide quality vehicles and service, not just 5 star gimmicks

BS6 Phase 2 tata tiago is a phenomenal alrounder with a solid build, Mileage claimed is also true to best 12 to 13 in the city and 23 to 24 in the highways, owning a arizona blue AMT for almost a year, so far never ever regretted for buying this car, 100% value for money product.

I own a Tiago 2020 model and done 42k kms. The drawbacks are cabin noise, engine performance and NVH. If Tata can work on this then it would be excellent car ! Positives are mileage, AC, high speed stability, audio system.

Very smooth n perfect car for highway. I have driven this madurai-chennai-madurai several times with 23.5kmpl realtime mileage meanwhile display Mileage was around 25.5. Believe me one of the best compared to kwid, celerio n bla bla hyundai cars.

Owning a 2021 tata tiago and drove 35k kilometres. Completey satisfied with the performance.

Solid stability in highway
Very light steering
Ac
Top notch audio system
Build quality
I have not faced any service related issues in Chennai, they are very responsive.
Very good ground clearance
Suspension is also good for the price
Definitely good for highway rides
Can improve
Slight vibration on lower speed especially when taking reverse and slow acceleration on 1st gear
There is engine noise definitely but its nothing to do with performance. With audio system on you it wont bother you
Engine refinement need a lot of work, Hyundai cars are very smooth in driving.
Personally for me the boot space is not sufficient,but okey for a small family
They can provide slightly better leg room in the rear seat in the upcoming facelift
Headlights you need to upgrade for little higher Watt

(by this only they can differentiate budget Tiago vs well-engineered premium Altroz) (by this only they can differentiate budget Punch vs premium Nexon & Harier) or 5) PETROL CAR BEST FOR PERSONAL USE - IT WILL RUN EVEN IF YOU TAKE AFTER 1 MONTH. but the diesel variant is suited for business use or daily usage. it needs regular maintenance. or 6) my old car Tata service centre adviser said budget car starting and mid-variants will have low maintenance COST and failures. because it has minimal sensors. going to the top variant it has more sensors/fittings/devices. so athukana maintenance costum jasti. cruise control-like option mainly relies on sensors. same for transmission also. so please choose manual while comparing automatic from a maintenance perspective.

Got the car. There are issues with the fit and finish. Gaps on one side of glove box. Uneven fit of the plastics. But was really impressed with the ride quality. Rear parking sensors kandippa koduthurukanum
