Thorpe Abbotts Control Tower - 29 October 2023

A view of the Control Tower at Thorpe Abbotts, Norfolk. Home to the Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress bombers of the 100th Bombardment Group (Heavy) of the 8th Air Force. One of many WW2 airfields in Norfolk used by the United States Army Air Force and it is now a superb museum. Filmed on 29 October 2023.

Thank you Richard. I am not from the UK but have tried to visit these sites in Norfolk in the past. I always found these places mysterious . The past is always present I guess. Best regards , Peter
