I'm just wondering if there is any way to add again one of those multiplicity, I mean I can delete them but I haven't found a way to add it again without having to use a completely new association or using ctrl+Z

Its a great hack , but I cannot find the specific stencil on my work Visio 2010....how can I obtain this?

Standard version in missing the UML feature, so first hack with Text Box is applicable.
I think you meant *isn't applicable... if so, thanks for pointing this out. (Most Visio users use the Pro version purchased through work or something.
