I think the best one is from 2010's - Present, when I found out about this TV station, I was amazed of that quantity of RARE material. The amount of investment for TV Golfinho, not just the ID but for the entire station in general, is almost ridiculous considering that Fernando de Noronha is just a tiny archipelago with a population of just 3,101 people at present. The station has their own local news and educational programs specifically made for the inhabitants of the archipelago.
Actually TV Golfinho as the entire Golfinho Broadcasting System are double-affiliated with TV Nova of Recife and TV Cultura from São Paulo,both public TVs

Doesn't help that it's also in one of the poorest states in Brazil. As someone who's been in towns of similar size and similar economic conditions I could see why their graphic design simply looked like that. I read on a comment on another recording of the program that they didn't have electronic graphics until 1996.

The most common variants are from 1995, because this Ident is hard to find. And it wasn't from Nunavut before it's formation. So, Nunavut was a part of northwest territories before 1999. Of course, this province is actually known as the one where most inuit population live. That's why this channel only broadcast there. And an only thing more, I have found more logos of the station, and the 2015 variant proves that this TV channel still existing nowadays, it's just hard to find. Thanks!
