Nice to see my native city on your channel. There are so many different trolleybuses because of bad finance situation: people are poor to pay higher fees, so all the money that the trolleybus company earns is barely enough to pay the workers low salary, buy low quality service materials and pay the electricity. All they can do is to buy once per 5 years couple of decommissioned machines from Europe (recently - Skoda 15Tr). Watching your videos about European cities' trolleybuses I was impressed of contact wires branchings and crossings. They allow the trolleybuses pass them on high speed. Why our city does not modernize contact wires like in Europe - because we have bad roads here and there. Principals do not want to fix them, they only want to divide up the budget profitably and spend remains on "pit-fixing", which will be washed by the next big rain or will melt with snow next spring for sure. The situation worsened due to Covid. Lots of workers quit their job because of dramatic decrease of passenger traffic... It's sad... Sad of realizing that nothing will change for a long time till people will be agree to live like this and knead this mud. Happy news for final - 20 new trolleybuses costing 10 million euros are planned to be bought till the end of 2021 on credit. Let's hope that all the money will be spent properly. Слава Україні!
Definitely not a very situation, the price for 20 trolleybuses is really quite high, unless you buy Solaris model trolleybuses with modern batteries and other things for a unit price of about 400 thousand. €

Wow, so many trolleybuses from different cities in one city Chernivtsi. I don't know, why the 15TrM(at 6:09) displays the word: ČAS, what means the time. But the word ČAS is in Czech and also with latin alphabet, so in Ukraine it is very crazy.
It means the same thing in Ukrainian
It means that the trolleybus company is so poor that they do not have neither the technical specialists to program this display to Ukrainian language, nor the money to pay such specialist of outsourcing company. I assure you, there are no such displays in my city trolleybuses at all, so the trolleybus company doesn't even care what language is on it - they are happy that it just works somehow. You can see on video that it's not a new trolleybus - it is a decommissioned old one from Czech Republic. But this machine is pretty new comparing to most our machines which were bought 30-40 years ago, so citizens are like "OK, it could be worse. A clock on LED display? - Whoa! Miracle!".

да, Черновцы почему-то в этом вопросе заднюю пасут, все дорогами в стране занимаются кроме них.. теперь стороны всегда объезжаю... а город-то крутой.
Да в принципе ещё не самые убитые, в Днепре похуже будут.
