I'm happy to see the second hand trolleybus from Salzbourg or Linz ! The Volvo is very silencious. The BKM321 are nices.

Well, new BKMs are expensive. Purchasing preowned low-floor tbuses from EU might have made more sense and they could have extra cash left to show some love to those bad sidewalks and roads.

Those ex-EU trolley are temporal solutions to keep up system running, it’s better than nothing but it’s lifespan is already halfway gone. Also, BKMs were purchased on EU green credit which required purchasing of new trolleybuses, and BKM won tender with one of the lowest prices for new trolleys in Ukraine.
