This was one of the most comprehensive, informative, energetic and concise explanation videos i have ever seen. So well explained and broken down. Thank you Mr. Wolters!
Beautiful vid my man! I recommended it to my professor and he loves it! Even here in Spain where English isn't the best, people understood you to a T, keep it up!
Great overview of Blue v Red. 👍 Have *_not_* read the book but have discussed the concepts for years. "Looking for untapped markets" is certainly prudent but business success relies on way more than that despite what the authors promote. Product innovation, customer service, channel management, disciplined growth strategies, etc. are usually more important than being first to market. Timing is often everything, eh?
completely agree. sometimes when I read the latest guru book I feel they push their idea as the end all be all when it is in reality a part of a successful strategy, not the end all be all.
I'm studying business, I loved the video it helps me a lot, resume all the essential info. Very recommended if you are looking to get introduced to the topic.
@@ProfessorWolters professor by any chance do you do videos or have knowledge on current events on supply chain? Thanks. The random question is asked because the way you explain things in your videos are so easy to understand.
You're way better at explaining this than my professors. Damn Zoom lectures would be a lot cooler if my professor was in front of the Palace of Westminster lmao
The key is getting ppl who didn't spend money and literally just stayed at home and saved. Halal restaurants get them here. They attract those families who ate at home before who now take all their family to eat out.

how does a blue ocean stay blue?
thanks from Canada! I subbed to your channel!
It doesn't. Eventually the competition comes and there is blood in the water.
Just have to keep innovating to new niches
Well explained
thank you
Speaking of oceans do you and your family ever go on cruises just curious
Not a lot. We have been on a couple but we tend to do more land based trips.
Good way of explanation
Cheers!
