Doesn't the product(s) by itself define the Red/Blue Ocean strategy ? Red/Blue Ocean is meaningless without first defining the product.
yeah but marketing somehow makes the red one becomes blue
If you are speaking from a product centric. Then yes.
But if you are doing from a user centric then the market you target changes what end product you make
