@@VadaS5009 my thing is if ur daughter went to “just” go poop, why did u need to check on her like 45 seconds after she leaves ? She probably just sat down on the damn toilet. Like 10-15 minutes understandable yes, but under 1 minute is weird.
Next time I see Bud next time. I see about that video. And then I'll send a video. UT, I'll send a copy of the app top report. To you But someone better send me a copy of the report for me topsy
57:25 for those that didn’t notice….here in the top left corner we can actually see into the trauma room and this is where the male charge nurse takes the baby out of the trash can and places him on the exam table..
I saw that!! I was looking through comments to see if anyone else noticed. A nurse eventually shuts a glass privacy door of some kind. So incredibly sad 😢
I noticed that too 😢😢😢 I rewind it a couple times because I thought my eyes were playing tricks, but it was the baby being pulled out of the trash bag 💔
The anxiety i felt for 19 minutes while she was in that bathroom... Picturing what was going on behind that door. It's mind boggling to think that she did all that so quietly... So efficiently.... So effectively... Her determination and instinct is jaw dropping. The lawyer claims she is not violent and her actions are not consistent with child abuse or what ever... NOPE... Her actions are way beyond anything like that. The fact that she is 19 only makes her look MORE sadistic. 😳
EXACTLY SHE'S GUILTY OF KILLING HER OWN CHILD. And Alexee and HER SICK MOTHER is suing the hospital! REALLY. They are all GUILTY OF KILLING THAT POOR BABY BOY. And OMG how could she have gone to her freaking PROM AND ACT like nothing happened. It makes me sick.
Seeing a nurse grab a *trash can* and then hurry into a Trauma room to try to save a life when the baby’s own mother put them there 😞 this world is so evil
There is more emotion and caring from the housekeeper and drs and nurses than from the girl who killed her child and threw it away like trash and from the girl's mom and rest of family. Disgusting. RIP little baby.
My god I didnt realize how small the trash can was. For some reason I had a large trash can in my head like you see in most public bathrooms. That was a small waste basket like you’d have at home. That poor baby was just stuffed in there like trash.
Exactly what I said! I don't know why but I thought it would have a lid. The size of the trash bin really highlights how much the boy suffered. It shows how little she felt about his life😢💔
How and the hell did she just walk out of the bathroom like that like nothing was wrong or like she was in no pain? Her adrenaline must have been out the roof I am wondering if for a couple seconds she actually thought she got away with hiding the baby....all she had to do was scream for help the second the baby was born and this whole thing most likely would've been different
But No, she just went ahead and VICIOUSLY x______ THe Innocent Little Baybee. In KESS THAN 10 MINUTES... (Now, I KNOW, that Most Women Always take Less than Ten Minutes To Give Birth. ALWAYS. This means that they are Just THat Female, Skwerting their Tykes out like that. HAPPENS EVERY DAY....) right Mom? 🙂 now, I just got Told, (in another Comment,) that "THE PLACENTA WAS ATTACHED TO THE CORD & FOUND COMPLETE." Like a Normal Birth. & Of Course that is WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED! Right @Kayla? 🙂
Correct. Of course all she had to do was Just Scream For Help, At Any Time At All... She Didn't, though. Really. Does this make her a Cold Blooded Murderess Person? Maybe a lot of you might. Some of you may have lost A Loved One, to a Drunk Driver, for example. Some Kid, in which All They Had to Do, was just Hand Over The Keys, At Any Time, & everything would be So Materially Different.... But They Didn't. Does that make the Intoxication Denying Driver a Cold Blooded Murderer Person? OK. Some Kids are Just Stoopid. So Stoopid that their Stoopidity Kills Somebody. Their Stoopid Acts become Enshrined, in this way. Maybe some Square-Bear Baby, gets killed, by DumbAss Lil Larry, driving his Rice Rocket Car, like Mr Speed Racer himself, & Then Nailing mr & mrs Square-Bear's Camry at 70 MPH.... People Get Killed, by Stoopid. Every Day. It is a Public Health Conundrum. So. What Happens, to these Young Stoopid People? We Lock Them Up. Forever? after all, They JUST KILLED SOMEBODY. No, we eventually Let Them Out. WHY? Bc people can Change, somewhat. At least in terms of Conquering Their Individual Stoopids. They are NOT Murderers, they are Individually STOOPID, after all, & we don't Lock People Away Forever, for a Really Hot Killer Stoopid kind of Act... 🙂
Clearly... She didn't want help. She had complete control of the situation. She got the exact result she wanted... Except they found him before the trash can filled up and got taken out and taken to the dump... Never to be found
Aww they were hugging the poor lady who found the baby. That must’ve been so traumatic for her and the rest of them to discover. Ugh. Such a senseless act considering she was right there at the hospital and if she didn’t want the child she could’ve told the workers that. Smdh.
The cleaning lady had gotten the job to get her mind off what happened to her boyfriend, he took his own life right in front of her, her therapist told her that working there might make her mental health worse but it was getting better and then she found the baby. It’s so heart breaking knowing her story and this is just added to it

@jodyt8548 Majority of labour time is taken up by early labour. You want the 2nd stage (cervix dilating from 6cm to 10cm) to happen quite quickly because every contraction cuts off oxygen supply to the baby. From the 2nd stage of labour right up until crowning, your contractions begin to get stronger and more rapid which means baby is consistently being deprived of oxygen. I can't remember if the baby was premature in this case, but if so, she wouldn't need to get to 10cm dilated to birth anyway. The time when a baby starts actually coming out of the vaginal canal to completely birthed should ideally take less than a couple of minutes.
I wish she was forced to deliver in the room or he even came out of her on the walk to the bathroom. I wish she didn’t have the chance to place him in the trash, I really wish she was never alone. That poor baby boy. None of us ask to be born, but to be so cruelly murdered. The person who grew you to be the one who puts you in a trash bag and covers you with bloody tissues and leaves you to suffocate to death. This case keeps me up. If someone put their newborn in my arms and walked away, I’d raise him as my own and be grateful. This is heartbreaking on every single level.
I’m a mother of 3 adults - two are girls. This mother, in my observation, is VERY abusive and strict !!! To the point that Alexee was deathly afraid to go to her mother for help on something stupid she did. No child is perfect, but they should be able to go to a parent when they do efff up. I did discipline my kids, but every one has come in times of trouble AND still does. This mother I’m sure IS Attila the Hun. 👍
Her mother was not too strict as she allowed her daughter to participate in cheer and have a boyfriend. She shows great concern when her daughter goes to the bathroom because it was ou like a minute and the mom goes back a few more times. I think the mom put her daughter on a pedestal like her daughter was the best at being a student and she had good grades and that she was in cheer and had a boyfriend plus she was seeming to brag about her daughter when not even asked any of those questions I believe she held her daughter high up there but I still believe she was a caring mom. The mom was not perfect though a she did act a bit strange when helping her daughter in the er. Yes she yelled at her and spoke about things that didn't really matter buy all in all she seem to genuinely be concerned for her daughters wellbeing. We don't know the true dynamics of their relationship but from the videos something may not be all fine and dandy ad the mom seems to express. Hopefully the lawyer doesn't throw the mother under the bus blaming her for being so overbearing that her daughter did what she did from being terrified of her mom. He could easily flip the script on the mother and make her out to be the bad person and her daughter be a victim of lifelong problems.
The mom is just as wrong. She knew her daughter was pregnant and for whatever reason, she didn't intervene. Maybe she knew this was gonna happen? Idk. But her reaction to all of this just seems like bullshit.
You could tell the Mom didn't know. I don't think it's fair to say she and the Mom should be ashamed. She was 19 and she took her to the hospital when she complained something was wrong. Just looking at her in the video she didn't look pregnant. The way she reacted when they said her daughter had a full term baby, you can just tell she didn't know. The body cam footage of the Mom is telling. You can tell the Mom is shocked, crying and is just trying to process now about helping her daughter who is going to jail. If the Mom was in on it, she wouldn't have taken her into the hospital. They would've delivered and disposed of the baby's body at home.
1:00:17 had me bawling my eyes out 😭. Watching this was very heartbreaking knowing that poor baby boy was suffering in the trash bag, his own mother left him in 💔💔💔💔💔 how I wish he was spotted sooner to be given a chance at life. Without a doubt I know he has a special place in heaven. Romans 12:19 - Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. @@taylorlaverdiere2463 my son didn’t really cry when he was born just a little cry with his first breath and a bit of a fussing as they cleaned him off and cleaned out his nose and mouth. He wasn’t very loud at all just completely content at looking around at everything. I remember when they handed him to me all bundled up I was so surprised at how much he was looking around and looking at me especially as I talked to him for the first time in my arm. It truly breaks my heart to think that maybe this baby needed a little help cleaning out his nose and mouth to take his first breath and she didn’t even give him a chance just stuffed him in the trash.
Amen. And what's done in the dark is always brought to the light. May God rule in this innocent baby's favor. He didn't deserve this but I know God will not leave the wicked unpunished. Praying for all involved in this case, this baby deserves justice.
@54:20 or so the footage looks like it’s edited. There’s a few times where it appears to be edited. This is one. The housekeeping lady just suddenly appears outside of the bathroom with the mop and the garbage can is now suddenly in the hallway. There’s no footage of her actually carrying the garbage out and placing it outside the door. It’s hard to tell exactly when the baby is discovered. I’m wondering if that was intentionally edited out or if it was just a blip in the footage.
@@ivetteaquino2505yes it’s very strange. If you listen to her interview it sounds as if she knew it was a baby when she looked in there but watching this it seems more like she hesitated and maybe didn’t know what was in there so she called over the other nurse. The other nurse (Lori the CNA) then comes over and goes in the other room to get gloves. She comes back and lifts the trash bag up and looks in and then calls the male nurse over. He then seems to be the one who discovered it was a baby. I’m assuming the baby was already deceased and it was obvious. There seems to be no urgency once he looks in there to save the baby. They calmly walk down the hall to get the doctor and all calmly walk back. You’d think if the baby was alive they would’ve been moving a bit faster. Their stories about discovering the baby all slightly differ from what’s seen in the footage. All except male nurses.
@@MakeupMobster well HT seems to be the most spot on. I discounted the other male nurse completely. Almost everything he says can be discounted by either the staff or the videos. For example, in his interview he says he talked to Alexee when he had her sign the paperwork to be released for medevac. But that was Lori. Who says so in her witness statement, but is also seen giving alexee the papers in the bodycam footage.
@@vintagepanj oh ok. Didn’t even take note of that. Good find. Figures because my ring camera at home always cuts out at the part you need! Seems to be just the way it is!

This is a MOTHER who just casually went out of the bathroom after intentionally killing her innocent SON who was INSIDE OF HER FOR 9 MONTHS. Guilt and remorse is unnoticed. 🤢
@Annelore. At What POINT, in this Timeline, did THE MOTHER, INTENTIONALLY GIVE BIRTH TO, THEN BRUTALLY MIRDER, her Innocent SON, who was INSIDE OF HER FOR NINE WHOLE MONTHS? WITHOUT ANY VISIBLE REMORSE? (It must have been Preety Darn Quick...) So, "EXECUTE the VILE MURDERESS." bc THE HOSPTAL DID IT's JOB. CORRECTLY. right? 🙂
She definitely has her karma coming to her and her whole family. Last girl who threw her baby in the trash and it lived in that state got 18 years. This woman murdered her child. Hopefully she gets double or life.
@ 57:01 if you zoom to the left door opening you can see the nurse placing bag on the table or bed then removing the baby out of the bag. You can even see black hair .
Absolutely WILD that her mom was literally on the other side of the bathroom door while she was giving birth and/or had just given birth and had literally no clue.
“had no clue” i don’t believe it i think she knew what was going on the whole time. first of all she looked pregnant no mother can just sit back and watch her daughter get that big and think nothing of it. even if she was on birth control. in the other vid of her in the room with her daughter when they told them about the baby it was so sketchy almost like they both talked about what to say it sounded so bullshit. to me anyways.
Exactly if she didn't know she was pregnant and going through all that pain, she would've at least cried out "mom, help I'm scared something's happening to me!" But no, it didn't go down like that because she hid the pregnancy and intended to kill him.
@brookemojica4509 Exactly! That and how the mother said to her in the hospital room, "I told you about this. I warned her what happens to girls who try to kill their babies." The mom definitely knew.
The mom was referring to a previous conversation in the hospital room when they asked her if she was pregnant prior to her running to the rest room to give birth.
This is really haunting to watch, the silence of it all, no noise, just…eerily silent. No cries, no screams, no nothing. And if you didn’t know what was going on, you’d just assume that this was yet another surveillance video from the hospital. It’s just so…strangely mundane. Like too mundane, like it is a bit off. Whilst everyone else goes about their daily routine, chatting amongst themselves, having NO idea what is going on in the bathroom in the first place. Until it is too late… That and the eerie calmness of Alexee and her family, that is also haunting to me. Plus the fact that we don’t SEE what is going on in the bathroom we can only imagine.
"Nothing was crying" That how DISASSOCIATED and SHREWD she was in describing this full term newborn HUMAN baby. 19 yrs old and keeps asking for her"MOM" yet she didn't give her HELPLESS baby any consideration. She suffocated this baby. The plastic was STUCK to his face as the OXYGEN ran out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She TORE the placenta into pieces to get rid of it and repeatedly FLUSHED it down the toilet which alerted the hospital staff. Hence the BLOOD everywhere!!! She KNEW what she was doing and didn't ask for any help. Cunning, heartless and EVIL 19 yr old.
@55:30 is when she finds the baby. So when this video started, A.T. was already in the restroom. So idk how long she was in there before this video starts. She exits around 26:00 minutes. Based on this video alone, that baby was tied up in that garbage bag for a MINIMUM of 35 minutes! Im sure it was much longer.
She was in the bathroom almost exactly 20min before she walked in at 1:38am and she opened the door at 1:56am It is super sad baby was tied up as long as he was
Based on her holding her backside while running, I’m sure he came out immediately after she entered the restroom. He must have been presenting and that’s why she felt the pressure and knew she had to run. That’s why she had time to cut his umbilical cord (however she did that, which I’ve heard she bit it 💔), deliver her placenta, flush it, and then clean up. Nobody probably heard her scream or cry in pain bc his birth happened so fast. It’s all just so unimaginable and heartbreaking.
I have seen childbirth and isn't a quiet affair there is a lot of screaming and huffing and puffing , how did this girl managed to deliver a full term baby without making a sound ?
This psychopath killed the baby herself. You would think giving birth is suppose to be magical, just imagine what she did to prevent people from hearing this poor baby
They claimed that they heard flushing in the dispenser so that begs the question if they heard that and she was in there so long why didn’t they go in there five minutes and or even 10 minutes in?
There is a jump in the film between 2:25:20 and 2:25:21. There's nothing and then Suddenly she is standing outside the bathroom door with garbage. That discrepency in time could set the timeline off from when baby was discovered and when aide was rendered. Who is responsible for cutting the tape. And they all seem to move in slow motion. They dont remove the baby from the garbage bag until over 2 1/2 minutes after they discover him.
According to the interviews, they didn't know how far along she was (those results hadn't come back yet), she wouldn't let them properly examine her, and her baggie clothes hid her figure. Also, she's an adult. It's not like they can stand in there with her.
We don’t typically keep track of people’s bathroom time in the emergency room unless they are a fall risk or self harming/depressed/suicidal patient. If someone is here for constipation I’m not gonna be knocking on that door every 5 minutes
How did the mom not see her get nauseous or out of breath or touch her stomach when it got big how she was eating more how she would probably be more tired and sleeping how she got moody-er and maybe swollen there is so many signs of pregnancy you can’t keep a secret for nine months
Cryptic pregnancies exist you know, some people don’t show or have symptoms for a long time. The crime here was murder, not “being unaware she was pregnant”.
I am confused if they know she was pregnant why let her go to the restroom by her self if she was bleeding I think they make a mistake too in my opinion
They didn’t know she was pregnant, she lied to them and told them she was still a virgin, she lied to her mother and most of all lied to herself. The staff were waiting for the pregnancy test results. The hospital and staff did NOT make a mistake.
Is there that much crime in this city that it takes investigators THAT LONG to get to a crime scene? It is a crime scene. There’s a dead baby in a trash can. Good grief.
27:10 In the interviews with staff they said a lab tech took a picture of the bathroom before it was cleaned. I think that picture is being taken right here.
She has the prove on her phone the crime scene full of blood before it was cleaned the investigatiers didn't know that she took those pictures they seen the after clean
Y'all at 26:09 watch the middle part before Alexee leaves the screen. She literally leaves a bloody footprint on the floor! That's what I see anyway. *Edit it starts at that time stamp and before she leaves the frame where the light glare is. Nothing there then there after.
58:41 when they take the baby into the trauma room if you zoom in the the left hand side you can see into trauma room and them removing and working on the baby.
This case has me so torn. One one hand, yes, I know, she had a baby and tossed it in a trash can. But… what if…. She has this controlling mother so she hides being sexually active. She doesn’t even know she’s pregnant.. (because we know it happens, even the crime scene photographer said it can happen) she had back/hip pain (which her mother confirms she’s had since birth pretty much). She feels like she has to poop (sometimes a symptom of labor). Goes to the bathroom and to her surprise a baby comes out!! Now mind you, she obviously never received pre natal care.. so regardless of whether or not she knew, no one knows whether the baby was healthy or not. What if the baby didn’t breathe instantly? Mine didn’t. So what if she didn’t know she was pregnant, delivers baby, it’s not breathing, she panics… is she in shock? Maybe. Especially if she didn’t know she was pregnant. Now we know my is controlling. Girl lied about being sexually active. Woke her mom up thinking she had regular back/hip pain. Has a baby she didn’t even know she was pregnant with, maybe baby hadnt taken it’s first breath, she panics. Hides him because she doesn’t know what else to do. If she’s in flight/freeze, she probably doesn’t even know what she’s doing. Male nurse, (not HT) says in interview she walks out, staring past him. Everyone says she’s “cold” this could be dissociation.
@@ashelythas7017I understand your point of view and I keep thinking the same thing, a full term pregnancy is pretty hard to miss, especially in a smaller Mom. In the last months of my pregnancies the kicks were visible on the outside and often very uncomfortable. But then I wonder if she truly knew she was pregnant and was intending to hide it, why wake her mother up and ask her to take her to the hospital. That is the one place it would be hardest to hide her condition. She couldn’t have possibly planned out that she would be able to hide giving birth. The only thing I can imagine that makes sense is that she had to be terrified of the truth and in severe denial. Idk but it is heartbreaking.
Baby was over 5 lbs and for a petite thin cheerleader that is a good size baby . She knew the entire time ans did all she could to rid herself of the baby. Very unnecessary and especially since right there is her mother , her own mom.
All that may be true but at the end of the day, when she gave birth, rather than scream and yell for help or pull the emergency cord that is in every hospital bathroom, she threw her baby in the trash, put an empty trash bag over him, attempted to clean up the scene to conceal that she had given birth.
Such a tragedy. A bunch of nurses and doctors doing what they do. It never crossed their mind what horror awaited them. I bet there will be a rule now. No one goes to the bathroom alone.
The mom's should been shown the baby. Or Alexei would you like to identify this baby we found in the trash? I'm surprised they didn't ask the grandma if she wanted to see him. When someone passes emergency people usually ask. Both generations of mom's are equally disturbing in their behavior.
This girl knew she was pregnant which is why she asked the nurse what would happen if I stopped taking my birth control and started taking diet pills she was trying to hide her stomach
They didn’t work very quick when they saw him in there just causally walking and chatting in the hall when HT first saw him HT walked away from it to get the doctor nooooo you grab the bag and rip it open
I believe he ripped open the bag when he was bending over looking at it and he said he saw no signs of life and it was a crime scene from that point and then when the other doctor came over she made the decision to dump it out on the table
@@NicoleMancine well the baby could have been still breathing and not moving i just think no matter what open the bag and run into the other room doing cpr if they can or giving oxygen
I’m sorry my first immediate reaction would be to rip the bag after I knew it was a baby not walk away .. not blaming them but I definitely wouldn’t have walked away after knowing it was a kid and seeing the bloody bathroom .. one could assume that the baby was recently put there 🥺idk
@@ariannaarredondo1641 I think he came out right away, like right when she closed the door to the bathroom! Everything went down in 20 minutes so that’s really the only thing that makes sense? Have him, put him in the bag 💔, deliver and flush placenta, and then try to clean up. It all transpired rather quickly.
@@VadaS5009 yup, she even flushed down the ombilical cord they didn’t find it! 🥺 so sad! It’s crazy how she didn’t scream in pain when having him, child birth is truly painful! I had some pain medicine during labor and chose to just get the epidural because the pain medicine was not helping with the pain! I can’t imagine how painful it must’ve been with just the pain medicine they gave her for back pain! then she walked out so calm like nothing happened after giving birth.
I was thing the same, have they not seen child birth. From my understanding it was blood and 💩 every where. She ran to the bathroom not holding her back, but holding below her bottom. That was the baby’s head definitely crowned. When she exits there is a trail of blood. Come on 🤯 I would have check that trash bin. The only logical place she could have hidden a baby if it wasn’t a miscarriage. Just check it as a precaution.
From the interviews, at least two staff members did check the trash. The way the baby was hidden in the trash, he couldn't be seen. She made it look like the trash can was empty
With all the lying she did I'm surprised they didn't think she hide something. After the baby was found a nurse said she went in and looked in a cabinet or something because she didn't want any more surprises. Did they ever get the pictures that a nurse took of the bathroom?
Im still trying to work out when the cleaner actually sees the baby or notices the trash is heavy? I cant see her look in to bin or pick anything up before calling out to the nurse
That’s because she picks it up inside the bathroom and brings it out. She didn’t go in there until at least 20 minutes after Alexee came out. The hospital is negligent they’re getting sued and I believe she’ll win.
Hunnie, that's exactly what it feels like when a baby is working it's way out. Like you have to poooop. 1 time, it may be the baby. That's not a poop run. 😳
I can’t believe this was a normal birth or that the baby was alive due to how Alexee literally walked out of the bathroom after “giving birth”. Who can walk out like that after having a baby? That doesn’t seem believable.
@@Stopthisrightnow560I don’t understand this part. How could she even run.. how did she just walk out. My legs died off during and after natural childbirth. I don’t get it. It must have been a small baby. How did he come out without help. How did she not scream in pain… I’m so confused here.
At 26:10 the male in blue scrubs went inside the restroom he came out at 26:18 he didn't notice anything ? They were saying that the restroom was bloody .
The biggest problem other than her killing her baby is them not automatically taking that baby’s out the minute someone knew it was a baby. First though would of been to break that baby out asap and calling back up to secure the baby onto a table to attempt cpr
The baby was assessed immediately and it was determined by the attending Dr and 2 nurses that he was not alive. The Dr then card the time of death. Drs and nurses are capable of determining if a body is not alive and they have dealt with death on many occasions. The Dr and nursed were highly qualified with many years of experience behind their belt so they knew the baby didn't make it. This young 19 year adult woman just didn't want the baby. Plain and simple. If she was so scared she would have yelled out for mom or at least pulled the emergency call button to get help. She was told by staff that if anything was wrong to open the door or use the emergency button and she chose to do neither. She said she didn't know what to do but she sure knew to detach the baby ,put him in the trash, flush the placenta, try to clean up the mess and she consciously exited the bathroom like nothing had happened. My God she's 19 she had ro know where babies come from and how they present themselves into the world.
Wait they left the baby in the trash can while they ran back and forth multiple times. 🤦♀️ your trained medical staff one go get the doctor while the other gets that baby out and starts life saving measures
No excuse for what this girl did at all. Literally no reason on why she should have done this flat out horrible i would have adopted him and gave him a good life. But thats not only what pissed me off. This hospital and its staff is terrible is this a low rating hospital. I have said before the hospital has blame too amd this makes it even more clear. I do not know the exact time alexee went into the restroom but she exits around 1:57am and the whole time the nurses are just siting around laughing and not doing crap. The one male nurse is standing on walking around the restroom for minutes and i mean at least 10-15. At what point do you stip waiting and go in. Then after alexee leaves the bathroom it took the staff another 10-20 to start cleaning the bathroom before that was done the hallway of course needed to be clean first. After that 20mins thats when they found they baby in the traah. If they had any common sense at all and if the restroom looked like a murder scene as described they would have put two and two together that her test results said she waa pregnant and she was holding her back side going into the restroom and when coming out she was normal. But they did not do that and who knows if that poor baby would have had a chanve or not if they would have found him right after alexee left the restroom but they had other plans in mind but sitting down laughing goofing off and mopping the hall way before hand. Im sorry but mistakes were mad at this hospital and they should be responsible for this poor baby as well. Also you can not tell me they were that busy lile the charge nurse said cause like i said i could count ag least 6 people that were not doing anything. Also when they took the baby in the trauma room for the small bit you can see on the video you can see them take the bag and open it and maybe check his pulse but you do not see they working on him. In this whole video i see people doing nothing but talking and moving as slow as snails even after theu found the baby. You are all guilty and im sure nothing with even happen to you even though if you would have been amazing health care workers would could have saved a life and alexee would be charged with attempted murder and in dangering a child and whatever else the d.a would have added but imstead alexee would probably go to jail for murder and you not so amazing health care workers will keep doing what you do with nothing disrupting your life but know this you are responsible as well for that poor baby dying and i hope it eats at you all your life cause you are to in the business to save lifes not willy nilly the day through. I also really hope you do better and know to also just the trash especially after a murder bathroom and a positive pregnancy test.
Well, they’re going to get sued. They’ve already brought wrongful death charges to them and I’m sure they will all lose their jobs because by the time the lawyer gets through with all these points you’ve made is so obvious there was so much negligence on their part as well.
If my Baby Came out of me and He was not crying I would still keep him 😢❤ He is my creation and Atleast my memories why would I throw that away like what was the reason she was pregnant for than should have not gotten pregnant

When she was coming out the bathroom i seen blood on her right sock sad :/ i am a teen mom myself and I love my Babies they are my whole Life ams Universe i want to give them everything they Need or want on Life❤🎉 And I dont ever let them touch trash cans especially not hospital ones so poor baby :( Sad the own mother would let her baby Be in the durty Hermy Trash that has had All kinds of peoplea nasty toilet paper go in therw :( In All If My Baby Came out of me Not breathing i would go seek help and I would not let that baby go i would Probably want to keep my own baby life is Beautiful and Its so Crazy how we can create a human being a Beutiful Baby in our wombs How can she not atleast try to help her own Baby Smhh i had my Baby at 15 year old by the way more mature than that
Has anyone considered that she was giving birth and had no idea what was going on. Obviously didn’t talk to her mom about it so basically went through this by herself. She looked scared! Also, if the baby was alive when born wouldn’t the staff have heard it? People kept walking by the bathroom. In my opinion she didn’t see it breathing, freaked out and put it in the trash. No, if you’re thinking logically you call for help but 1. This could have been traumatizing for her and 2. Maybe she thought the baby was dead and was afraid she did something. I’m sorry yalll I feel really bad for this young girl.
Why did she ask if something bad would have happened if she stopped taking birth control and started taking weight loss meds? She knew she was PG and there are pics that obviously confirm it. The grandmother was obviously lying by the response of the stepfather and the boyfriend's mother in the waiting room.
First she is not a girl . She is a 19 yr old young woma who claims she was using birth control then stopped whe she "gained weight" so she started taking prescription diet pills but all the while she only had a belly and she denied anything going on. Two .She is 19 not 12 and was a top grades student headed to graduate and then attend college. 3 .She just didn't want that baby.4.She has a good size belly in that cheer video and she did not get any prenatal care or anything 5.she ran off right when the hosp got the blood test after already informing her and her mom about positive urine pregnancy test 6. Baby was over 5 lbs and she being thin and petite. She probably birthed him fairly easily then once he made a noise she put him in the bag and trash 6. She was given back the baby once authorities cremated him so she and family a private funeral and she even named him. 7. She did everything in her power to rid herself of the poor baby.
She it was 19 taking birth control because she was having sex. She knew what pregnancy was! You can’t tell me in all that time she did not confide in anybody or think to go see a doctor of any kind or a counselor. Playing stupid is not an excuse 😡murdering a newborn because grad is just around the corner and maybe mommy is going to be mad and won’t buy me a car or send me on a trip or college. She just needed to push a button or yell out for help, hand them the baby and be on our way home with her mother in no time. The staff would’ve protected her from her mother and offered her services and how to deal with her mother after everything was settled.
The fact that she spent all that time cleaning it up shows intent on her part and she new exactly what she was doing and her frame of mind that she was so selfish and didn't want that precious baby boy. The hospital is a safe haven and she could of just let them take him safely. She is to old to claim the scared and I didn't know what I was doing act!!! She knew she was pregnant. The baby was full term and the baby was kicking and moving all over the place! I hope she goes to prison and I hope this helps others make the right decision in giving their babies to someone safe instead of throwing them away. It breaks my heart❤

So effectively... Her determination and instinct is jaw dropping. The lawyer claims she is not violent and her actions are not consistent with child abuse or what ever... NOPE... Well after a minute and didn’t do anything until the doctor told him to take the baby to the room.

How did she have that baby so fast?

Her mum is a cold hearted person like her daughter but I do not believe she is abusive to her daughter at all. I don’t know where you get that from.
She deserves everything that is coming her way,
The mom is just as wrong. She knew her daughter was pregnant and for whatever reason, she didn't intervene. Maybe she knew this was gonna happen? Idk. But her reaction to all of this just seems like bullshit.
If she was so scared of her mom why is that who she had go to the hospital with her? Doesn’t make sense to me
This is so awful this poor staff…. The mom and daughter should be ashamed… they all would have helped that baby no questions asked.

I remember when they handed him to me all bundled up I was so surprised at how much he was looking around and looking at me especially as I talked to him for the first time in my arm. @taylorlaverdiere2463 Apparently she suffocated him immediately.
I just noticed that too! And the can sits there for almost a minute before she calls out for a nurse, then seems edited again shortly after.
It looks like lag in the signal, not edited. The timestamp doesn't skip or stop

@@brookemojica4509 exactly 💯
Exactly if she didn't know she was pregnant and going through all that pain, she would've at least cried out "mom, help I'm scared something's happening to me!" But no, it didn't go down like that because she hid the pregnancy and intended to kill him.
@brookemojica4509 Exactly! That and how the mother said to her in the hospital room, "I told you about this. I warned her what happens to girls who try to kill their babies." The mom definitely knew.
The mom was referring to a previous conversation in the hospital room when they asked her if she was pregnant prior to her running to the rest room to give birth.
26:08 the way she came like nothing
She's disgusting
No remorse AT ALL. So sickening.
No fear also
This is really haunting to watch, the silence of it all, no noise, just…eerily silent.
Until it is too late…
That and the eerie calmness of Alexee and her family, that is also haunting to me.
Plus the fact that we don’t SEE what is going on in the bathroom we can only imagine.
"Nothing was crying"
That how DISASSOCIATED and SHREWD she was in describing this full term newborn HUMAN baby.
She enters the bathroom around 7:55
She was in the bathroom almost exactly 20min before she walked in at 1:38am and she opened the door at 1:56am
It is super sad baby was tied up as long as he was
Based on her holding her backside while running, I’m sure he came out immediately after she entered the restroom.
I cried when they put the baby in the room you can see on the far left of the video when the baby is laying on the bed, so sad 🙏🏼

This psychopath killed the baby herself. You would think giving birth is suppose to be magical, just imagine what she did to prevent people from hearing this poor baby
How soundproof are those bathrooms that staff couldn't hear what was going on!
They claimed that they heard flushing in the dispenser so that begs the question if they heard that and she was in there so long why didn’t they go in there five minutes and or even 10 minutes in?
01:00:00 housekeeper lady showed more compassion for that poor baby than his mother or grandmother
I love this channel so much

@@TrueCrimeAnaeli thank you! Can’t get enough of the content. Keep it up!
I’m sorry but the hospital shouldn’t had her b in that restroom for that long by herself. Her lawyers are going to use that against them in court
How was she not screaming pushing ? there’s no way that her mom didn’t hear her in there delivering a baby.
She gave birth quitely
If you seen the interview
How did the mom not see her get nauseous or out of breath or touch her stomach when it got big how she was eating more how she would probably be more tired and sleeping how she got moody-er and maybe swollen there is so many signs of pregnancy you can’t keep a secret for nine months
She want to take weight loss pills to not show
Now that's fucked up but she was big ass hell like wtf smh disgusting people
Cryptic pregnancies exist you know, some people don’t show or have symptoms for a long time.
Wow you can see the baby being looked at in the left corner through the door 😢
Is there that much crime in this city that it takes investigators THAT LONG to get to a crime scene? It is a crime scene. There’s a dead baby in a trash can. Good grief.
Her boyfriend showed no emotion, and to go their prom knowing what she did is unbelievable
27:10 In the interviews with staff they said a lab tech took a picture of the bathroom before it was cleaned. I think that picture is being taken right here.
For proof
Yes Erica is on vacation
She can get in trouble tho
She has the prove on her phone the crime scene full of blood before it was cleaned the investigatiers didn't know that she took those pictures they seen the after clean
Y'all at 26:09 watch the middle part before Alexee leaves the screen. She literally leaves a bloody footprint on the floor! That's what I see anyway. *Edit it starts at that time stamp and before she leaves the frame where the light glare is. Nothing there then there after.
In the doorway you can see them 😢
58:41 when they take the baby into the trauma room if you zoom in the the left hand side you can see into trauma room and them removing and working on the baby.
57:24 Charge nurse HT pulls the trash bag out and opens to reveal the baby boy.
Thank you! My thoughts exactly
OMG u can see the doc and nurse take the baby out of the trash can on the upper left corner of the screen it is heart renching i can not stop crying
Such a tragedy. A bunch of nurses and doctors doing what they do. It never crossed their mind what horror awaited them. I bet there will be a rule now. No one goes to the bathroom alone.
Wonder what she threw away after exiting the bathroom across the hallway
Could be a napkin since she was cleaning the crime scene
And they didn't even look in there to
This makes me so angry. All that time that poor baby was in that trash can and could have been saved had that 🤬 said something
Where is erica who took the pictures she needs to be interviewed
I believe it’s the girl in the red or orange jacket
@@jenniferf9094 she wasn’t interviewed tho
@@taylorlaverdiere2463 oh I watched everyone be interviewed sorry . Yes she does need to be
@@jenniferf9094 same and she would have been so good to watch everyone else video was released of their interviews
She was In Mexico on vacation visiting family.
It took about 30mins before they found the baby in the trash!
Woman in orange jacket looks like the type that sits around all night while everyone else does the work.
Every job has one of those peoples 🥴🥴🥴
She is like the clerk or something
Poor little baby 😿
The mom's should been shown the baby. Or Alexei would you like to identify this baby we found in the trash? I'm surprised they didn't ask the grandma if she wanted to see him. When someone passes emergency people usually ask. Both generations of mom's are equally disturbing in their behavior.
54:49 how awful to think that the baby is in that white trash can by the door right in these moments…..
This girl knew she was pregnant which is why she asked the nurse what would happen if I stopped taking my birth control and started taking diet pills she was trying to hide her stomach
Yes weight loss pills to now show that's fucked up
Not*
They all knew she was pregnant acting dumb
I can’t wait to see the text between Lexi and her boyfriend!
She was in there just under 20 minutes. She suffocated him so that he wouldn't cry and hid him so he wouldn't be found fast enough to save his life.
Her mom's reaction when the nurse came around the corner at 1:49am is so suspicious
@@taylorlaverdiere2463 they did everything they could. Stop giving these people such a hard time when they’re not the ones who put the baby there.
@@IcedMachiatto just saying I thought they would move faster finding a human inna bag
@@taylorlaverdiere2463 they aren't stupid. They knew it had been 30 minutes since she left the restroom and saw the baby was blue and cold.
That whole time the baby was in that bag. Wow. If the so called mother spoken up it would be alive
And this chic in the red had the nerve to take a picture
At 55 is when the janitor noticed 🥺
Peep the nurses talking and already theorizing. 37:00
I wonder why no one tried to resuscitate the baby..

Amazing channel
I’m sorry my first immediate reaction would be to rip the bag after I knew it was a baby not walk away .. not blaming them but I definitely wouldn’t have walked away after knowing it was a kid and seeing the bloody bathroom .. one could assume that the baby was recently put there 🥺idk
Wait we didn’t see her walk into the bathroom?? How did she not scream in pain delivering him omg
It shows her walking. In the bathroom
Around 7:53
For real! Childbirth is painful 😳
Out of all those nurses who walked in after her and seeing all the blood, Not one of them thought to check the trash!!!!!
When the nurses saw her running to the bathroom like that they didn’t think anything about it?
The way the doc was already yanking at her own hair in upset just walking toward the situation. 😢
Hunnie, that's exactly what it feels like when a baby is working it's way out. Like you have to poooop. 1 time, it may be the baby.
That's not a poop run. 😳
She knew what it was
I can’t believe this was a normal birth or that the baby was alive due to how Alexee literally walked out of the bathroom after “giving birth”. Who can walk out like that after having a baby? That doesn’t seem believable.
Nope, it's super common to walk straight after birth. A lot of people don't even give birth in a bed and would prefer to stand.
She just didn't want that baby. She completely disconnected from him.
The charge nurse reaches in and rips that bag open. He can see that he is cold and gray. Its been about 30 minutes since she left the bathroom.
Why does the footage randomly skip and she appears? 54:21
At 26:12, I know her shirt is big- but she doesn’t even look like she just had a baby! Me at 56:40 🗣️ move the cart! 😅
If my Baby Came out of me and He was not crying I would still keep him 😢❤ He is my creation and Atleast my memories why would I throw that away like what was the reason she was pregnant for than should have not gotten pregnant
at 26:19 you can see in the light spot her bloody footprint that the housekeeper had mentioned
If My Baby came out of me not breathing or I dont know the true story only she does but even if I seen those beautiful eyes that I made God gave to me I would never throw it away what is wrong w this girl
They just left the baby in the trash that whole time
This is tragic. Girl made a horrible horrible choice.
It also seems the hospital is doing a little CYA.

You’re a monster.
She’s killing the baby while they’re concern about her well being
7:53
The fact that she spent all that time cleaning it up shows intent on her part and she new exactly what she was doing and her frame of mind that she was so selfish and didn't want that precious baby boy. The hospital is a safe haven and she could of just let them take him safely. She is to old to claim the scared and I didn't know what I was doing act!!! She knew she was pregnant. The baby was full term and the baby was kicking and moving all over the place! I hope she goes to prison and I hope this helps others make the right decision in giving their babies to someone safe instead of throwing them away. It breaks my heart❤

Also, you mean to tell me the guy in blue standing there didn’t hear shit? Whatever
