Mysterious lights off San Diego coast light up social media on Monday night

- According to SDPD, lifeguards say they were military flares, but Camp Pendleton and NAS North Island say they have no idea what the lights were.
I am a recently retired US Veteran (20+ years). I had multiple MOS' during this time to include naval gunnery and ordinance - this included seaborne flares and chaff ordinance. These are NOT flares or chaff of any kind, folks. It highly disappoints me than the US military would falsely lay claim to these, or that they would outright lie to the public. Flares don't hold geometric patterns or formations, nor do hover at a fixed point or elevation then subsequently transit along a level flight path. These are UAP. Sure, maybe a naval unit was coincidently holding excerises off shore that night, but these objects has nothing to do with any 'flares' fired off.

These are obvious flares, in a very active military training area during military training. The Coast Guard put out a press release with the source of the flares which was the Navy dropping them from a C-130, don't be so gullible.

@MilkeeWay I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Trust me, 1 damn UFO above me and I would leak their freakin face. Ive got an absolute fantastic nightmode on in, over 100 Mega pixels and a 100x zoom. Idk why those damn UFOs always fly to the wrong people with the worst cameras

I saw these last year in Miami and they looked like the exact same thing! I even took videos of them. I never thought much about them at the time but it’s crazy I managed to get them on camera.

I just saw them tonight they followed me and …..
I live in Playas de Tijuana, thee block from the beach, and I too, saw and took video. This lights are frequent in this area. But my wife also saw an actual UFO submerging in the water and moving fast as a helicopter from USA was flying around the area, during the day, this happened about 4 yrs ago. Strange lights are seen frequently on the ocean, between the border of USA and Mexico. I live right across where the lights were being display. The Islands are just about 3 miles south of where the lights appeared. During this sighting some one from Playas also sent a drone, to investigate I filmed it , while it was retrieved to land close to the hill, over the selenic road. There was also an other light that appear to be a helicopter looking around, after the lights disappeared, the helicopter flew toward the border at a very high altitude. So I am 100% sure that UFS do exist, I have seen them in Zacatecas, and my wife said she saw, one suspended about 5 feet from the air. close where to their home, when she was only a kid. and it was there for about half an hour, never landed completely. No matter what others say, I do believe we have never been the only ones on this planet

That shit is nothing new at all. I've seen those exact flares over ten years ago in my area (Imperial county) it's def a military thing. They're firey flares, you can see smoke around them if you look at them with a scope nothing electronic or scifi at all.

@@jjjjjj192 I tend toward skepticism in these matters, and in point of fact, these lights have a similar coloration to flares. However, flares will slowly drop toward the horizon and then eventually go out (over just a few minutes). These lights were staying up apparently for hours at a time and completely stationary. Neither drones nor flares do this. Scratching my head.

My wife and I saw Red, Orange pulsating Orbs...no sound no flickering lights like a plane...We live in Port Saint Lucie Florida and these went across our sky in perfect pattern formation...I was looking up for almost 15 straight minutes watching these and could not process what I was looking at, they appeared to be maybe 1 mile or 2 miles high, it was about 8:00 pm at the end of January....I am 65 years old and never ever saw anything come close to what we has seen...Truly amazing.

I've seen lights like that here in England and when I was in China. They appear in a line and stay in formation. Flares don't do this. I was a pilot in the military, I know what flares look like and behave like.
I’m a merchant Mariner and we work alongside with the navy. Those are not flares, as you can see the formation of these lights. I don’t know what the lights are but I can say these are not no flares. Even if flares expire they don’t sit in the air, they come falling back down.

Military flares have parachutes. Combine that with wind, distance and altitude and yeah, they look kinda funny. If you kinda notice every single comment is in a country/state right near the coast.
I'm in Valley Center and this is not the 1st time I've seen them. I have seen these lights in the same area at least 2 other times. They show up and hover without moving in any direction and then one will fade and quickly show at another spot and they are really bright!

Last evening I saw these while driving west on the 94 freeway. I thought they were beacons of some sort that warn planes of towers or buildings but then I noticed they were moving. Completely bizarre and I am waiting for an explanation of what the hell they were.

I saw a few of those flying near saucers twice, and one time a metallic object was flying very quickly in the opposite direction without any NAV light. The orb was about 1/3rd inch in the sky at high altitude the size of a whole small one engine plane. They are not drones, and not Chinese lanterns. These things can literally manipulate time (temporary future), and quantum tunnel faster than light through barriers.

The sun does quantum tunneling, and many particles are measured on Earth quantum tunneling. There is also quantum entanglement that is used in quantum computers. Like the 2021 Google quantum computer creating a new state of matter they named a time crystal. There was also a warp bubble observed in 2021 that passed peer review. My guess is they are fusing quarks, creating subatomic forces, and also somehow raising the probability of quantum tunneling whole objects. It partially explains their flight characteristics, and time distortions.

In 2013 I was in South Korea in the Army. Myself and two of the guys I worked with were standing at a crosswalk walking towards a place called the ville, about to get trashed. “Key word about”, I was sober at the time. As we were waiting we looked up and I swear we saw the exact same three lights formation. We were standing there for what had to be at least 10 crosswalk light changes contemplating, what the hell is that? We had no idea because I would say it lasted way too long to be a flare, was too low to be aircraft, yet too high to be a firework or propelled light. To this day I have no idea what that was but I was in shock when I saw this video.

Look for a show called "NO HUMANO". Someone filmed these orbs with a telescope and it showed to be a solid orb with plasma layers around it. Proving all "military" people wrong.

In the late 90s I was living in Vista and we saw this orange light hovering in front of our house same color as those lights. It was moving around slowly making absolutely no sound kind of floating but you could see that it was piloted. have absolutely no explanation for what it could be.

Yep. Those look like the "Phoenix Lights" we saw in Phoenix from several years ago.
No surprise, back in my country where I am from in southeast Asia, we seen these kind of mysterious sometimes. But we seen on the land instead in ocean. When you get very close it's gone. And you sue binoculars, it just looks like bright smoke. So it's a unsolved mystery.
It's not v shaped but it has some visible similarity with Phoenix light.
Oh man, I remember the Phoenix experience as a big project of mine. That was before high tech drones. I had to use remote-controlled lighter-than-air craft along with helium battery attachments for the lights. A real budget buster for me. Drones are so much better now.

I've seen similar stuff where 3 lights forming a triangular shape just floating right above us and spinning in the same spot. At first me and my friends thought it was just a plane or a satellite at the time but then the thing started spinning slowly and the 3 dots started spreading out and just disappeared. Strange stuff
So that triangular craft you saw was an example of the reverse-engineered ET craft that our military has. The craft specifically is a U.S. Air Force "Astra TR-3b" Reconnaissance craft.

I see lights like that almost nightly and I live in SW Florida. Sometimes they have another set of lights to the right of them. Next time I have my camera, tripod and scope I will take a video to compare with this.
What you are seeing, I would be willing to bet, are coming out of either MacDill AFB and/or Eglin AFB. Back in 2000, me and 12 other people all saw one of the triangle shaped craft about 300 yards offshore in Panama City Beach. The way it just appeared outta nowhere, the way it behaved, we ALL THOUGHT we had seen an extraterrestrial UFO. We sort of did. In 2011, I discovered that this craft is fairly commonly seen, is reverse-engineered from extraterrestrial technology, BUT was a U.S. Air Force "Astra TR-3b" Reconnaissance craft.
Just lights aren't that big of deal. When they start doing physics breaking maneuvers then it's time to focus.

Go watch them and tell us how the hell they fly, let alone even maintain an altitude. Go watch the interviews of the pilots that encountered these. They are trained to identify aircraft on the horizon, and were completely stunned and couldn’t figure out what these are or how they move with no propulsion. None of them show any flight characteristics yet are in the air, flying against the wind and maneuvering around the pilots.

In az, I had 6 or 7 in a straight line not super straight. They moved at about the speed of a jet, kinda low but there was no noise. It was around 4 am. I was just getting on the 🚜.

Yea this also happened in 2018 in San Diego. I know of 3 or 4 different events where it's these exact same lights yet I have hundreds of videos of military flare training exercises to view, and they sure don't match.
