Sena and Lanz are connected through working out and Noah and Mio are connected through their flute music. Taion and Eunie are connected through herbal tea. So while the others will be able to maintain a connection through their hobbies, Taion and Eunie will have a harder time since Eunie can't make that tea. I feel like Taion making that book for her is his way of making sure their connection remains strong as well.
As much as I love how natural Noah and Mio's relationship is, Taion and Eunie definitely have a more vibrant and interesting dynamic, especially with how they clashed against each other at first, but came to respect and care about each other.
Going from hating Taion to becoming a complete Taion fangirl was not what I ever expected out of Elira, but was welcome nonetheless. Ever since the first time Taion takes care of Eunie with his tea, I think most people make that switch from "he's a smartass jerk" to "oh god hes husband material"
At first i was thinking of excluding the parts where ewiwa was crying since she did say she has an ugly cry. But then i realized, even though its not a pretty cry(idek what that is), hearing ewiwas cries makes me feel all warm and fuzzy, since it reminds me that this dragon lady loves this game just as much as i do. I'm the type of person who, when playing video games, cant bear to finish them because i dont want the journey to be over. Which is why im forever grateful to ewiwa for playing the whole xeno series. Her playthroughs got me to actually go through and finish all of the games finally, and even get 100% on the first. I was trapped within my own endless now, not wanting it to be over. So really, thank you ewiwa 🥺 I will continue to make clips of ewiwa in the future, whether it be xenoblade or not. (Though probably less frequent when petra comes back lol, but will deffo try to) I love xenoblade, and i love ewiwa 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I don´t watch Elira that often mostly through her streaming times, so I really looking forward of your clips from her, ofcourse I will love the Petra clips always a little bit more, but you really made Elira grew on me GOA! so whenever I found the time to watch her I probably will lurk in her streams. You are really a great clipper and thank you for your work! And yeah I know this feeling everytime I finished a visuel novel I really liked or even an anime! The moment you finished the game/ series and be happy to see the ending will always be followed by the thought: "And now?" with these feeling of something is missing now. This scene hits harder when you realize the city people will cease to exist, and they know it. They are just standing there in the middle with solem looks on their faces. Since they are all decendents of of both worlds combined once they go back to normal it's impossible for them to be born again (at least for now. Still waiting on that future DLC which may or may not bring them back together)

There's a small headcannin of mine that despite the city people's disappearance they are meant to be reborn through the same connections and relationships that formed them in the first place like as in once their worlds combine again the people of both worlds who got together will do so again and give birth to the people from the city

I feel Ewiwa and Riku, I was bawling at the end of XC3 as well. I wonder what else Taion wrote in that book. Offcourse some instructions like this much water, this hot, add dried leafs. Maybe at the last page sometihng subtle like "I'm glad you are my partner Eunie" or not some subtle "I might be your fourth best friend, but your first place love". But it's a very sad ending to split up our cast we love to see together. I wished for the cutscene after the split up they did a little bit more, I wouldn't even mind if Monolith didn't give us an entire model of Taion, Mio and Sena as kids, but maybe after hearing the flute maybe we got a scene of some silver coloured cat ears, a black afro and some blue burning hair inside Noah's dimension. Just to give the promise of "One day, I'll come see you" some value.
Sorry to ruin it for you, but the worlds rebooting to their old states means that Eunie didn't get to keep Taion's recipe book. So in the end, it was kind of pointless.
I'm so glad Elira played these games. I'm with you GOA, it's makes me so happy to see her enjoy a game I adore. Her reactions to all the spice in the game really made her playthrough amazing. Man I remember after finishing the Game I didn't cry and then the next day I stumbled open the ending sing and remembered this scene and brother I ugly cried like hell
I stayed up long over 4am because I wanted to see the end and Elira´s reaction to it, thanks GOA for triggering me with your clips o7, and it was totally worth it! These cutscene made me cry, espially when they run and try to reach each other and then I also laughed about every comment Elira made. Good these last cutscene was amazing with its music and dialoque and how they made it! Love it!
I have a similar story with the entire game😅. I only played XC1 on Wii before trying xc3 and at the beginning I wasn't a big fan and I thought the first one would never be topped but then it became the first game that made me cry and one of the best game I've played on my life😭🥹

Everything is reverted back to the point when Noah is looking the ringing clock tower. So thats why I wished these things they shared are still existing at the scene where Noah disappeared after the flute song were played and he smiled. Waiting for them to provided more story or even story continuation Big DLC like Torna
this ending was so stupid and made no sense....the only thing that saved it was elias reaction. they split the worlds again so they are doomed to collide....why didnt they just remake the world as a whole again with them all in it.
The point of Origin was to recreate the worlds after they were destroyed, not fuse them together. So in the post-credit scene the collision already happened and the world's were remade seperately. The hope is that they will be able to actually fuse the world's properly in the future.
@Gop I recall them mentioning that the world's will always be attracted to each other so the collision will happen regardless. Also origin was meant to recreate the world as one when they collided not separate them. They literally talk about it before the end of the game.

Also the universe's were attracted to each other because they were forcefully created by Klaus's experiment, so the Universe's colliding is only supposed to be a one time thing. Once the universe's were recreated, It would be like they passed right through each other.
From what i remember she only mentioned they yearned for each other. And not they would always gonna strive to reunite in a endless cycle of collding and collapsing (Or at least she hopes it wont be the case. Even then the worlds kinda did exploded by the end of the game and Origin recreated them afterwards with likely ridding both of the influence of Klaus and the Conduit experiment)
