Its very unfortunate that we are cought under few entrepreneures, who enforce their thoughts & beliefs on an employee.. in the name of culture. unfortunately their belief doesnt encourage / appreciate others beliefs / culture, desipte work done.

Kitna bhi culture le aao dikhawe ka, company mein empathy , bonding ghanta aati hai. HR har company mein useless hi rehte gain aur employee grievance mazaak hai.
Esi lappad khane wali baatain kyu karta hai ye admi. Bhai, Satya Nadela ki Hit Refresh padh lena. Kya impact hota company culture ka pata lag jayega. Din 12-14 hr jaha dete ho wo jagha agar nark ho to log high paying job bhi chhod dete hai.
