Chocolate Mousse Coffee CreamCheese cake with Bread sides - No Oven, Eggs, Flour required 🍰🍞🍫

  • If you have Bread sides, without throwing them away try out this Mousse cake. Bread with butter as a cake base with Chocolate Mousse and coffee cream cheese mousse with a finishing touch of Chocolate glaze. Within an hour Excellent cake will be ready. Decadent and rich cake can be made easily with less time
    Serves: 6-8 people
    Preparation time - 30 min
    Cooking Time - 5 mi
    Refrigeration - 1 hour
    Step 1: Bread base preparation for cake
    Ingredients:
    Bread sides - 100 gms
    Melter Butter (Unsalted) - 6 Tbsp
    Instructions:
    1. Dry the Bread sides in a tray overnight.
    2. Grind the dried Bread sides coarsely.
    3. Add the Melted Butter and mix well.
    4. In a Bread pan, spread the parchment paper. Add the powdered Breadcrumbs and spread it evenly.
    5. Set in the refrigerator for 15 min.
    Step 2: Coffee Cream Cheese Mousse preparation
    Ingredients:
    Cream Cheese - 8 oz (226 gms)
    Coffee Extract - 3 tsp
    Sugar - 5 tsp
    Instructions:
    1. Using Hand mixer, beat the Coffee Cream Cheese until smooth
    2. Spread the Coffee Cream Cheese on top of the bread base evenly and refrigerate for 30 min
    Step 3: Chocolate Mousse preparation
    Ingredients:
    Semi-sweet Chocolate - 4 oz (113 gms)
    Heavy Whipping Cream - ½ cup (120 gms)
    Sugar - 2 tsp
    Pure Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
    Instructions:
    1. In a pan simmering water, place the Chocolate in another bowl without touching the water. Melt the Chocolate until smooth & silky.
    2. Using hand mixer, beat the cream until soft peak
    3. Take a scoop of cream & mix it quickly in the chocolate . Mixing quickly will avoid chocolate from seizing.
    4. Now add the Chocolate mixture to the Cream & mix well
    5. Whip the mixture with the hand mixer until soft and silky
    6. Spread it evenly on top of the Coffee Cream Cheese and refrigerate for 30 min
    Step 4: Chocolate glaze preparation
    Ingredients:
    Semi-sweet Chocolate - 4 oz (113 gms)
    Coconut Oil - 1 tsp
    Water - 1 tsp
    Instructions:
    1. Melt the Chocolate in Microwave oven & spread it evenly on the Cake
    2. Refrigerate for 10 min
    3. Remove the parchment paper & assemble the cake
    Serves - 6 to 8 people
