as a retiree or remote work? and u have any idea which city or region? im also cosidering it cuz its just too expensive in america for me now to live comfortably
@archiecruz6336 Just like you, the cost to live in Japan is far higher than the philipiness.I'm considering which cities in the Philippines I should go.
Seemingly > 100,000 is a number many agree is plenty for a good life. About the avg US expat on SS. Many expats have much more. Several videos proclaim many expats to be living quite a comfortable life on $1500 or a bit less. All depends on location and lifestyle. > Expensive areas in Manila may require twice that or more especially for a family. - - - A single retired US expat can do a somewhat frugal retirement on $1000 -- $1500 in many areas.
I'm reaching out to seek your expertise and guidance on investment opportunities. I've been considering investing in stocks, real estate, or cryptocurrencies. My primary goals are long-term growth and income generation. What investment options do you think align best with my goals and risk tolerance?
Speaking of investments of passive income, Well I picked the challenge to put my finances in order. Then i invested through the assistance of my discretionary fund manager.
As a beginner, it's essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. I'm being guided by DANIEL CHEUNG FX, a widely known CRYPTO consultant and trader.
I believe that the secret to financial stability is having the right investment ideas to enable you earn more money, I don't know who agrees with me but either way I recommend real estate or crypto and stocks.
Hilarious....The people interviewed speak English as a second language but their proficiency is far greater than the interviewer. Most cannot even understand his questions but that has been smoothed over with careful editing.
It's more than just a skin tax. Forwigners have to renew visas which depending on where you live requires you to travel, spend time in a hotel and other costs.
skin tax is a myth... yes in many countries people may ask for more on their products if a foreign wants to buy but you don't go to the grocery store or restaurant and they have different prices for local or foreigners. The problem mostly is with the foreigners themselves who think they have thicker wallets than the locals and splash around.
My income is close to P200k but officially I’m not considered rich in the Phils according to the government stats. Officially you have to have a monthly income of P220K + to be considered rich in the Phils. TBH I don’t feel rich at all. 😳. I often see what I believe to be average Filipinos spending much more than I would in stores, hotels etc. 🤔
damn $4k/mo seems like rich status already over there esp in the provinces. obv not rich like in manila BGC area tho. why dont u feel rich tho? i know people there that are living really well at around $2k-$2500/mo but with a paid off house/condo.
I honestly think it's impressive to be earning around 200K😲 I also have noticed that more people in the Philippines are dressing and acting RICH. I'm concerned about the growing gap between the rich and the poor...🤔
I think some girls think you are asking " How much is your job considered rich / low " because you ask them that direct after how much they earn. like the girl in 2:05 and they get confused. They think you asking about their job high and low instead of the general
I will be careful not to cause any misunderstandings for the Filipinas interviewees! Thank you for letting me know, and thank you for watching this video😁
Para sa mga bata na nag e earn ng malaki!. Kung tatanungin kayo ng mga youtuber, wag niyong sa sabihin ng exact ! Kc inggit are all around in the Philippines.
Depends on how you spend it. If you live the high life you can easily burn 1 million peso a month. A real steak in upscale restaurant in Philippines cost more than in US. If you stick with rice and chicken, you can definitely make it with less.
A software engineer in the P.I. makes only 60k or roughly 1K USD. In USA Filipinos who are computer professionals makes an average of over 200K USD a year or around 16k a month.
stop making things up. The average software engineer in the US makes about 100K a year... my 21-year-old daughter just graduated this year, and she has developed an app you can download on google while studying
not true, where are you getting your information. software engineers may make $80 - $100k, not 200k. and that depends on location, length or work, etc. smh
The law of average will eventually make Philippines more accessible to foreign investors, thus making their salaries go higher. But, the main obstacle is political climate and instability that worries investors.
Damn, i am rich in the Philippine but poor in my country or is enough for me atleast i could earn more, thats so funny. Even the Phillippines themselves have very different opinionen beside one point, how much they consider is ok and that is 50k pesos seems to be a good avarage. Also i see the class different. The 3 guys, have much higer salary and the other people consider their money to be rich but themselves consider themselves as poor or ok.
These girls will have no money requirements for their Filipino lovers. Ask them how much they would expect their foreign boyfriend to earn? Double of what a Filipino doctor makes.
The amount of 100k pesos in the philippines is considered upper middle class and not rich by no means. Now, to a person making 20k a month, it may seem like you are rich, and that may be true depending on where you choose to live.
Totally agree😌 The amount considered “RICH” is changing day by day due to the Philippine economy🇵🇭 As you said, I also think it varies depending on where you live. Thanks for watching and enjoying this video😆
There are basically 6 tiers or levels of economic stages in Philippines. Well to do would be in the $5, 000 or 250k pesos a month level. Rich starts @ $10,000 a month level or 500k pesos per mo. With businesses done online these days, its not impossible to reach this level. Keep grinding you will get there.
So true, to be rich in the Philippines you need to make about $120,000 a year. Anything less and you are just so/so. I am sure with hard work and determination all these people can grind away and get to $120k a year, maybe more, $200k/year.
@@mistermcluvin2425 Where do these numbers come from?? I live in Mindanao and my budget is 100k a month for all the expenses including misc (3 day vacation a month) and a private driver and live in maid. I own my house so no money spent on rent/mortgage.
@@LesleyWelsh-eb8cm You are probably right statistically if you got that directly from the Bureau. I personally did not feel that well off on 4k usd a month, it was ok tho. Ideally I would like to be closer to double that a month but I don't do anything for myself. I don't cook, clean, etc. I don't even shop for household items myself, drive myself or bathe myself. It all depends on what kind of lifestyle you are looking for.
OMG it’s unethical to asked people their salaries, Some companies in the Philippines doesn’t allow employees to disclose their individual rate there are some employees will be jealous and make their job to be uneasy. Next time you interview Politicians in the Philippines and ask their monthly salaries and their pork barrels and I’m sure you will not get an answer to your unethical Question. Please be respectful to Filipino that work hard not only in the Philippines but also abroad.
