Hcl should not hire if hcl don't have projects for the freshers.
I am Seeing Graduates without projects here.
Although the course of 6 months was too good but after converting into intern and Full time employees they are not deploying into the projects.

I am also a techbee guy and this man is 100% rightm All the techbees are sitting idol with no work. And all the managers want experience only and not assigning project to us. Kindly work on it

Is bits pilani offering btech for techbee students?
For TechBee candidates, The degree that BIT-Pilani is offering are BSC-IT and BCA
Is this program considered as a degree, what if want to move to another organisation after working fee years in HCL? A full degree not needed ?
HCL TechBee is an early career program for Class XII passout and students are trained for one year then they are placed in varous projects across HCL and once they are placed they are enrolled for thier higher education with our tie-up Universities and institutes.

I think fee of this program is very high a talent and ambities middle class students can't afford it and they won't loan because lots paper work and other rules and regulations of banks so think they need to make it affordable.

HCL can get a garenty in 7 year of graduation and post graduation will not cut from this company .
