Very handy thanks, I've been trying to work out to simply switch on a remote CFW701 remotely without installing a relay across the current manual switch setup. I already talk to it via MODBUS to get it's running state and RPM so this should work well if I can write to it too.

This video talks about C1 and DS1 but with no indication of what these are or how they are used. Would like a video on variables in the programming suite and how they are used.
Hi Mark, Yeah, this assumes you are familiar with the CLICK PLC and ladder logic in general. "C1" is a contact, a single digital input. I connect the CFW100 to a PLC but I have no luck with the communication. P316 = 0 as if the communication module is not connected
