The book of Judges is not for the faint hearted. What I got from it was God’s judgment on folks who took matters into their own hands and did not seek counsel from the Lord.
And, he turned them over into the hands of their enemies because of their spiritual adultery. They didn't have God in their hearts and the Judges did. It's noted because every time a judge died they went back to their idolatry. 💔💔💔 Poorly, this is what we see going on all around us today within churches everywhere.

Completed! I must say I think the Book of Judges is one of the most relatable book in the Bible in today's world, by living in sin and ignoring God/ being disobedient until we are in some sort of trouble to turn to God again and repeat the patterns. I really enjoy this one a lot!
But also, a bloody chapter of history in the Bible. Just when I thought that I that it couldn't get any bloodier, it does. The wife that was raped all night, and not even attempted to be helped, then cut up. Also, I thought Samson was more heroic like Hercules. He's whiny and kept being with Delitha? Really dude?
One thing I absolutely love about this audio dramatised Bible is the variety of voices that help bring the stories to life-- men and women, young and old, people from all over the English-speaking world from America to Great Britain. Indeed God’s word should be accessible to all people wherever they are.

I am an audio learner and a little bit of a visual learner so this really helps me to understand the Bible. I am able to see the words and hear the words. The voices also really help me to understand better.
I'm the same way. I had a very difficult time imagining the story and the places, but there are some videos that go step by step over each area in chronological order as they appear in the Bible. Combine that with the audiobook and it makes for a very easy to understand experience.

19 they said his wife left him and not a concubine. To me, this was a wicked story. He pushed his wife outside to be raped. 😢 Then after saving his own skin, he chopped her up to start a war with the entire tribes. Many men died because of him leaving his father-in-law's house at a late hour. 😔 I question why she left him in the first place and his actions are self evident in the end as a cruel man. I suspect Yahuah was grieved with the Israelite men. The grotesque in committing rape, sodomy with strangers and wickedness with other elohim worship of surrounding people and taking wives from other cultures grieved him so and myself as I read 📚 and listening. 😢 Women were disposable. Very sickening behaviors.

Time repeated over and over so if Adam blamed eve in front of God without taking responsibility and as a result bringing original sin for everyone... don't you think some of this stories resemble some men accusing/blaming women just for the mere fact of being women? In a more modern context we have seen rejected men, basement dwellers full of resentment and anger towards their female counterparts. It's true that the future is written in the past and God willing we acquire discernment to properly accomplish our mission without being cut off by others before our time.
I really love this. It helps me understand the bible more because it's like a story instead of just reading it. (It makes it more interesting). I listen and read and make notes in my note-taking bible.

🕊MY TESTIMONY 🔥 YAHUSHUA lifted me up right at the gate of death, I just knew I was going to die, barely breathing and many health problems, Then on Easter of 2020, GOD said to me: THERE SHALL BE NO OTHER GODS BEFORE ME, I said to HIM yes father I am sorry about that... 2 days later would have been the day I would have died 3:00pm. I was laying on my recliner straight out, I felt a very gentle hand on my neck, I KNEW it was JESUS. Then I heard a tiny click and it should have been my last breath, my lungs made a small wheezing sound or my last breath.. since then everyday GOD and Jesus and the beautiful HOLY SPIRIT are working through me. Several days later I had so much pain in my head from my forehead to the base of my neck in the back.. again I was laying on my recliner laying straight out, my thoughts were oh GOD, oh GOD, oh GOD, I said to GOD: please sustain me GOD, within less than a second every hurting painful everything was gone! I got up and was running around and telling my mom and praising and thanking GOD. I would ask GOD and Jesus questions and I have a big Bible, the beautiful HOLY SPIRIT opened up the Bible, this is the 2nd time I was led by the HOLY SPIRIT to open the Bible, it read : in the year twenty and twenty three there will be a great biblical event, I read it 3 or 4 times then I closed my Bible, I would ask Jesus to show me that again.. not so! It was shown to me in my spiritual eyes. The 1st time was Easter 2020 , I never read about Jesus crucifixion, the LORD opened the Bible and in an instant I was crying my eyes out, the horror! But the beautiful rising on the 3rd day. About a month and a half later I opened an app I installed 3 weeks earlier. Here is where YAHUSHUA ha MASHIACH JESUS showed me a prophecy telling me to stop telling HIM to forgive them, they know not what they are doing, here I learned what sch!zophren!a, spiritual warfare! Tyrannical governments sorcerers and witchcraft they were and still are using on all the people who are called mentally ill.. YAHUVEH is the apple of my eye. In addition, I have heard Delilah was the Philistan Princess 👸 younger sister at least in the movie 🎬 and in other versions of the story she is. Samson settled 😌 for Delilah because he could no longer marry her Sister.

To me, this was a wicked story. He pushed his wife outside to be raped. 😢 Then after saving his own skin, he chopped her up to start a war with the entire tribes. Many men died because of him leaving his father-in-law's house at a late hour. 😔 I question why she left him in the first place and his actions are self evident in the end as a cruel man. I suspect Yahuah was grieved with the Israelite men. The grotesque in committing rape, sodomy with strangers and wickedness with other elohim worship of surrounding people and taking wives from other cultures grieved him so and myself as I read 📚 and listening. 😢 Women were disposable. Very sickening behaviors.

Time repeated over and over so if Adam blamed eve in front of God without taking responsibility and as a result bringing original sin for everyone... don't you think some of this stories resemble some men accusing/blaming women just for the mere fact of being women? In a more modern context we have seen rejected men, basement dwellers full of resentment and anger towards their female counterparts. It's true that the future is written in the past and God willing we acquire discernment to properly accomplish our mission without being cut off by others before our time.

🕊MY TESTIMONY 🔥 YAHUSHUA lifted me up right at the gate of death, I just knew I was going to die, barely breathing and many health problems, Then on Easter of 2020, GOD said to me: THERE SHALL BE NO OTHER GODS BEFORE ME, I said to HIM yes father I am sorry about that... 2 days later would have been the day I would have died 3:00pm. I was laying on my recliner straight out, I felt a very gentle hand on my neck, I KNEW it was JESUS. Then I heard a tiny click and it should have been my last breath, my lungs made a small wheezing sound or my last breath.. since then everyday GOD and Jesus and the beautiful HOLY SPIRIT are working through me. Several days later I had so much pain in my head from my forehead to the base of my neck in the back.. again I was laying on my recliner laying straight out, my thoughts were oh GOD, oh GOD, oh GOD, I said to GOD: please sustain me GOD, within less than a second every hurting painful everything was gone! I got up and was running around and telling my mom and praising and thanking GOD. I would ask GOD and Jesus questions and I have a big Bible, the beautiful HOLY SPIRIT opened up the Bible, this is the 2nd time I was led by the HOLY SPIRIT to open the Bible, it read : in the year twenty and twenty three there will be a great biblical event, I read it 3 or 4 times then I closed my Bible, I would ask Jesus to show me that again.. not so! It was shown to me in my spiritual eyes. The 1st time was Easter 2020 , I never read about Jesus crucifixion, the LORD opened the Bible and in an instant I was crying my eyes out, the horror! But the beautiful rising on the 3rd day. About a month and a half later I opened an app I installed 3 weeks earlier. Here is where YAHUSHUA ha MASHIACH JESUS showed me a prophecy telling me to stop telling HIM to forgive them, they know not what they are doing, here I learned what sch!zophren!a, spiritual warfare! Tyrannical governments sorcerers and witchcraft they were and still are using on all the people who are called mentally ill.. YAHUVEH is the apple of my eye. Delilah sounds like a nag.😆 🤣 😂 However, they still talk about that love ❤ story today. In addition, I have heard Delilah was the Philistan Princess 👸 younger sister at least in the movie 🎬 and in other versions of the story she is. Samson settled 😌 for Delilah because he could no longer marry her Sister.
