I like it a lot better in the 60s. Sometimes a bit boring but really interesting. Johnny knew how to dress too as he did in the 70s! The gentlemanly quality still upholds here. Many of his peers had it. Jack Paar, Steve Allen, Dick Cavett, Dick Clark, John Charles Daly, Milton Berle, Garry Moore (I've Got a Secret), Joe Franklin. People who came along later like Tom Snyder, Merv Griffin, Mike Douglas, and even David Letterman had it!

The move to Los Angeles in 1972 changed the show a lot

About may 17th 1970. Wikipedia states they made the appearance about a month after they returned home
