I think it's because they're melodic. Perhaps the fact that one of ABBA's songwriters, Bjorn (or was he the main one?) is a pianist too.

I'm rewatching this and just really enjoying watching your hands move so dexterously along the piano. It's probably because I just finished practicing piano and I love watching your fingers do what mine can't.
Can you explain how you do glissando with your whole hand? I use my thumb and it hurts. This looks easier.

Hi OP/Zlamdat. Little late on my comment, but just wanted to thank you for re-introducing ABBA to many of us in the Sangah Force community who may have forgotten how popular and talented they were/are. Had to Google this, but I had no clue that ABBA is the 3rd best selling group of all time behind the Beatles and Queen. Who knew (except you)? I'm sure Sangah enjoys playing ABBA songs as much as you enjoy requesting them on her livestreams. Also, add me to the list of those who truly appreciate your listing the song requests performed by Sangah on her YT livestreams. Take care.
I was eleven when _Dancing Queen_ came out and it was very uncool to be into AᙠBA. The bands on my radar were the newly formed _Sex Pistols, The Clash_ and _The Damned._ Now I'm middle aged, punk is a faded (and not much missed) memory, and I love those old AᙠBA tunes. Of course, I love anything Sangah plays. Heck, I'd even listen to a rendition of _Anarchy in the UK_ on that beautiful instrument, though I fancy Shigeru Kawai-san would be turning in his grave.
