India has adopted what is known as “Westminster Model” of government, wherein the executive is a part of the Legislature. Separation of power is not total. In contrast, in the US, the Secretaries of the federal government are not a part of the Congress. Separation of power is complete. I suppose you should add this explanation to this excellent video.

I am study in 11 class when I serch on TH-cam the lecture is 2 hours 3 hours but i confuse to learn but i study by crash course the full chapter explain in very good manner easy way and lactures are only 10 to 15 minutes
Dear future learners... 2024 There is 28 state and 8 union territories... Two new UTs are: 1. Jammu and Kashmir 2. Ladakh Note... *Dadra nagar haveli* and *Daman and Diu* merged together... And yes i don't know J and K have their own govt. Or governed by the centre... But yes 239A applied to it which is same in the case of puducherry... All the best 🙂
