i intentionally play with medium graphics to ensure the temperature not exceed 45. I prefer not to play at the highest graphics because it will make phones heat up fast

The "skn temp" is the temperature inside the phone , so it's calculated higher than the outside of the phone which when I scan with the infrared thermometer is lower than the "skn temp". I suggest you buy the Redmi turbo 3 as it has snapdragon 7+ gen 2 which is on par with dimensity 8300 Poco x6 pro

I'm thinking of asking them to replace it if in fact it is a device issue since your game is running really smoothly compared to mine

nope , i never experience any lags or whatnot. everything is smooth. i also tested it with editing one of my video with it and it works just like other midrange phones. you can check big youtubers reviewing this phone if you interested to know that side. my channel only focuses gaming capabilities

Also Monsdtadt, Liyue, and Inuzuma is ez for X6 Pro to handle once you go to Sumeru to Fontaine you will see and feel the heaviness of graphics I quit Genshin last Dec 2023 tired and sick of Artifact farming.
but you didnt answer the question, my poco x6 pro doesnt heat up, i showed in the video i played 40 minutes, and i showed the fps graph there is 0 stutters and heat is consistent 40-42 deg only

im not sure never happen to me.my poco works fine as it is. it also didn't overheat beyond 44 deg so far.
