As a quick update. They are in the process of restructuring premium a little bit on the site, so this video is a tiny bit dated. :/ While it still holds true for most of premium, now they are giving out fancy goody bags to premium users with awesome prizes in them!! :o items.jellyneo.net/item/76346/ You can now use your premium yearly species change to make a Draik or Krawk! :D They also updated the options for the space faerie scratch card prizes so new prizes!! :3 I'll try to keep this comment updated as they add new things until it's time to just make a whole new video ha ha! I recently got back into playing Neopets (dipped my toe in back in August-September, then took a break for a few months, then started playing in December again) and was just wondering today about whether or not premium was worth it. This video explained it very well! I might try it out next month and see if it's for me. Thanks for the video! I'll definitely be checking out your other beginner's vids too!
It’s ironic you post this the morning after I bought premium! I would say it’s effective if you’re consistently doing dailies, it creates a more seamless experience when completing tasks if you utilize scripts! The premium neo boards have great guides as well.

This was really very helpful! And, in comparison to your last video-- much better edited and more focused! Your last video was great but it was just a little chaotic. :) Also i think it should've said dailies in 2024 since it's 2024 now :D
Thank you so much!!!!! :D I try to make my dailies videos more like you're just sitting down with me (and my brain normally just goes everywhere ha ha :P) and the basics videos a little more straight forward so you get just the info you need. I appreciate the feedback though as the dailies may be a little too wild for everyone ha ha! Very cool guide I use the regular schmegular Neopets myself, still re-learning how to play from way back when. lol. I might do the hockey pockey put ya right foot in and try the monthly sub and check it out. I'm just too distracted 😂

13:40 sometime in this section you mentioned that you can't move around your dailies when you hit the unlock button. I am able to move them around, but then when I added some quality of life dailies to the sidebar via tampermonkey where after you do a certain daily it will gray out, hitting the lock no longer allows me to move around and organize my dailies. Simply disable tampermonkey and now you can move them around the way you want. Just put tampermonkey back on once you're done.
That's totally understandable. I think feedback like this is super important for neopets going forward since they want to grow the brand worldwide. We should have an option to pay for premium in the local currency rather than just USD to ensure everyone has fair pricing and can randomly get a toilet dropped on their laps from the space fearie. :3
I am a bad person to ask about stuff like this because I am very irresponsible with money ha ha! XD I am hoping they give us more benefits for premium soon though. :c
@RiniLenoxx You are chill. You debated both sides of the story. I'm just a returning player who is salty about poor quality the game is. They seem to be making money but it's surely not going into Site Development.

I'd love be premium, but i'm from brazil, and it's too expensive pay for it, the conversion from dollar to real is very high so it is very complicated

I can tell you I'm not giving money to a game that doesn't provide QOL updates.
$7 a month is ridiculously high for this outdated game.
