I honestly have learned more in the past 6 months listening to this podcast than I have in the past 5 years as a personal trainer. It goes to show that experience doesn’t come with time but with a willingness to learn.

Tapping into the primal brain can be valuable during a workout, and the more you do so you learn how to control it better to channel that energy properly. Taken to the extreme it can be detrimental and lead to injury, so important to learn how to control this energy to use when appropriate.

As a university student who is still in his 20's I am so blessed to have found the mindpump channel.
I'm living in the Philippines where fitness is one of the least priorities, because of many reasons primarily the culture.
Despite that, I have learned through mindpump valuable and important informations about healthy lifestyle. I've been telling my family and my friends about you guys because you've educated every one of your listeners not only about fitness but also educated us about life.
I can't thank you enough for the videos, the free guides and the free 30 day program you've given us. You've changed my life from 116kg to 102 and now aiming for the 90kg mark.
My promise is that, when I earn the money for MAPS ANABOLIC, I will buy it to show my support and appreciation for everything you guys have given me.

As times goes on I see both possible simultaneously but I’m also seeing size is more my goal.

I absolutely love your podcast. Only thing I dislike is that it makes me question everything else :))) every other fitness information I find has to go through a bit of ¨what would mindpump say about this?¨ that makes it harder to fall for BS of course...but I still lack the practical aspect of things. I listen, I understand...but I still don´t quite know how to act upon things. So far...progressive overload and protein are the mail rules :))

Guys I have a question, especially for Sal, because you had a friend who was an ex con, came out jacked without lifting any weights. Worked for you for a while very professionally.
To people like him, I have always wanted to ask a question...
Did they get jacked solely from doing normal push ups or did they do weighted push ups? I mean someone lying on their back. Because that is external resistance...
I know that there are one arm push ups and stuff but literally all ex cons that are featured in TH-cam, they say that push ups alone can keep getting you jacked forever. Given that you keep progressing on the max reps. And given that your bodyweight keeps going up.
Would it be wise to focus solely on push ups? Many of them say that one arm push ups are not as good as regular push ups but I have gained a lot of muscle from one arm push ups, I mean I got big off of them.
I just want to know which one would be better. Is it possible to grow from push ups even if you can do 45 of them non stop? Before failure?

I have a concern about my workout days. Currently, the best way for me to workout is while I'm at work. I have a gym at work, I'm able to take my lunch break, workout (resistance training), shower, and get back to work within that timeframe. With 8 kids and a house full of chaos, my days off are not structured where I know for sure I can get a workout in. The issue I have is, I work 12 hour shifts, 3 days one week, then 4 days the next. So I'm hitting 3 workouts one week, then 4 workouts the next week, back and forth. To get maximum results, gain muscle, strength, and eventually weight loss, what would be my best split? If I do anabolic, which I just purchased, I don't have trigger sessions between my workout days as they all run together. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have been subscribed to Mind Pump for a while now you guys have really guided me with my lifting career throughout my teenage years. I really appreciate all the content you guys put out, and would love to implement MAPS Aesthetic.
