The new store looks really great. That’s one thing that is never stressed enough when opening and maintaining a BL store, Ie the constant need for adapting and modifying the set up. More often than not this is incremental but as you’ve done here sometimes it’s much more significant! Many congrats and good luck in the new space.
To be fair I would have continued with incremental… but she had a bigger vision!! But you’re right it’s not something you hear much about.

It’s made a big difference from the smaller space! But nowhere near as spacious as your set up 🤯

The new store room and arrangement looks great! I recently moved in to a bigger room as well and, like you, my wife had a much better way of how things should be arranged. This actually allowed me to add another shelving unit to add 16 more drawer sets. Sometimes, we just have to listen LOL. Thank you for your time!

Great videos. One question, how you determine if the parts just put in lump sum or need to separate into colours?
For me it comes down to frequency of sale and how easy it is to pick them if they are all together. Especially with limited space/drawers etc - just evolved it seems.
Ahhh man your wife must love you with all the mess you're making 😂 Those ikea tubs fit pretty well, you could void fill the empty space with basic bulk bricks lol. Have you integrated all of your store purchases yet? I've noticed you don't click the lids down on some tubs? Is that to save you time or your fingers? 😂 Its awesome to see your progress mate, I hope you and the family are good!
I think she might be keen on me! I leave the short ends up on the tubs to save time and it acts like a handle when pulling them out too. Thanks as always Kieran and all the best to you and yours too.
