One Avocado costs $2 in my area, It’s like a treat for me once in a while. I buy cheap veggies such as carrots, tomatoes, zucchini etc. I can’t afford to go to fancy grocery store, but can find affordable healthy food at Walmart. The veggies you mentioned aren't bad, yk 👀 You simply need to season them properly. They would taste good even with simple spices like garlic, shallots, white pepper, eye bird's chilies, and a little bit of salt. Add an egg or two, or a slice of chicken breast, or seaweed, whatever you could afford. I'd gladly eat them for the whole day. Buy whatever you could afford and learn how to cook them deliciously, there's no need to follow the influencers. Honestly, the foods she showed don't look as appetizing as a simple dish made from the "cheap stuffs" you mentioned. I know, I'm pretty good at cooking, so I could guess flavors of the foods she showed.

Remember guys: being healthy doesn’t mean you only eat veggies and cut all the carbs, it means having a balanced diet filled with nutrition and please guys, don’t cut the carbs, there’s a reason why you always feel faint after not eating the rice put in front of you. So, if you feel like eating McDonald’s, then go ahead, just do it once in a while and you will still be healthy because balance, is everything.(and don’t forget to hydrate!!!)
Most people would thrive on low carb diets. You feel faint cause your body is switching from using glucose to switching to ketones. Ketones are a wayyy better fuel source anyways.

The chocolate is not worth much considering that if it is dark you can just shave it over the things in the first half for the good parts of it. Noodles made from beans do not look like that. Nutrients in the first half is way better for you then what is in the second half or at worst the same. You also can make the first half look way better for pictures if you want to do it. One set of food items was made for eating the other was made for pictures. I say this as someone who can make everything here myself.

This generates lots of problems some people are more sensitive to than others. Jesus Christ is the only way to be fulfilled. I'm writing this as I just had an encounter with Jesus the Almighty God. I was being tempted by demonic forces. I fell into temptation, and I ran away from the Lord. This hasn't been the first time. I have been on a on and off cycle which seemed to be an endless. But today, I feel called to share this testimony. I watched a video which really opened my eyes while I was still "hiding" from God. It touched my soul to the point that I fell on my knees right away, and begged for forgiveness and guidance. This was beyond anyother feeling I've felt while repenting. This one felt true. I had been like mad at God for being dumped by my this girl I was talking to. So this was a way to be tempted by evil demonic forces. I would get intrusive thoughts, and I kept trying to solve this feeling of being dumped on worldly things. And let me tell you, it only makes it worse. If you're someone who is not sure if you're saved, or if you are saved, but have been going through these on and off cycles such as porn, or secular music(which are other cycles I've been having a difficult time with) I want you to call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the way, the truth, and the life. If you don't know what to do, I want you to get on your knees, and pray this prayer with your heart: Jesus, I believe you died on the cross for my sins, and was ressurected on the third day. I believe you came to the Earth, to pay for our sins. Thank you for dieing on the cross for my sins, in Your Name, I pray, amen. I don't know who is reading this, but if you ever fill an empty whole, which cannot be fulfilled, the only way to fulfill is by Jesus. No balance diet that is catered to your own body is the best. And the most healthy too. As long as you know when it is too much and when it is too little, you are good. I mean, there are people who can't go full vegetarian because of health reasons same as why people that are lactose intolerant avoid dairy products. There are people who need their carbs and sugar and there are people who need to lessen their carbs and sugar intake. So yeah, eating healthy does not always need to be boring and basic as long as it is balance diet and you're getting all the nutrients that your body needs.

Jesus Christ is the only way to be fulfilled. I'm writing this as I just had an encounter with Jesus the Almighty God. I was being tempted by demonic forces. I fell into temptation, and I ran away from the Lord. This hasn't been the first time. I have been on a on and off cycle which seemed to be an endless. I had been like mad at God for being dumped by my this girl I was talking to. So this was a way to be tempted by evil demonic forces. I would get intrusive thoughts, and I kept trying to solve this feeling of being dumped on worldly things. And let me tell you, it only makes it worse. If you're someone who is not sure if you're saved, or if you are saved, but have been going through these on and off cycles such as porn, or secular music(which are other cycles I've been having a difficult time with) I want you to call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the way, the truth, and the life. If you don't know what to do, I want you to get on your knees, and pray this prayer with your heart:
Jesus, I believe you died on the cross for my sins, and was ressurected on the third day. I believe you came to the Earth, to pay for our sins. Thank you for dieing on the cross for my sins, in Your Name, I pray, amen.
I don't know who is reading this, but if you ever fill an empty whole, which cannot be fulfilled, the only way to fulfill is by Jesus. When you turn your back on Jesus, you seek everything other then him. All worldly things, will never fill that hole.

No balance diet that is catered to your own body is the best. And the most healthy too. As long as you know when it is too much and when it is too little, you are good. I mean, there are people who can't go full vegetarian because of health reasons same as why people that are lactose intolerant avoid dairy products. There are people who need their carbs and sugar and there are people who need to lessen their carbs and sugar intake. So yeah, eating healthy does not always need to be boring and basic as long as it is balance diet and you're getting all the nutrients that your body needs.
