If 482 has no age restriction..why 186 has age restriction..most of the 482 visa holders are 40 +..

Hi for 482 pending applications if succed with 482, but as proposed to Offlist some job titles; is it not possible to apply for PR after2 years? if the current 482 visa job title in Off list after proposed change.

Please confirm the English eligibility PTE level for 482 short and medium term stream leve . we are willing to spply 482 and still we are preparing with 36 PTE score. Is it okay or not
