I bought Mexican jumping beans for my daughter when she was little. It’s a little creepy knowing there are little wormy things inside there, but after a long time nearly all of the, hatched into moths (make sure to transfer them to a bigger habitat) and it was so cute letting them go. Every time my daughter saw a moth after that she thought it was one of her “Mothys”.
Just a heads up Colleen, get your ring checked once a year because the prongs that hold the stones can get worn down. That way, hopefully you can catch a problem before you lose any stones. Not sure if it could be (or if you'd even want to) but you could cut the Marquise cut heirloom diamond in to two more triangle shaped stones and have them on either side of the pink saphire. Would probably devalue the marrquise cut diamond, but not sure how you'd get them both on the same ring any other way since they're both a decent size. Can't wait to see what you guys come up with though, am sure will be beautiful.
That's one of the nicest hotel rooms I have seen, the balcony is really lovely. I could see you were dissatisfied to find you share it with the next room, and immediately locked the balcony door firmly. And then, found two diamonds had fallen out of one of your wedding rings, and also experienced annoyance about the clicking sound from the mexican jumping beans you purchased during a shopping trip to buy souvenirs. The room must be very quiet and peaceful, for that clicking sound to seem so loud. And, yes, your new line of advertising merchandise is very attractive, how amazing that one of the products was sold-out in 4 hours. That must be a great feeling.

Hey Colleen, I used to work at a jewelry store and losing the small pave stones is actually pretty common. Each stone is held in by small metal prongs and they can wear down over time. If you don’t bring your ring in to get the prongs re-tipped then the stones can fall out. It’s an easy thing to replace the small pave stones, we used to do it all the time at the store I worked in. I’d recommend taking the ring into your local jeweler and they should be able to replace the stones and re-tip any of the prongs that are worn down so you won’t lose any more stones. Hope this helps!
