The pings on the speedtest were terrible. I would advise a test on dsl reports and checking the buffer bloat. Thanks for sharing these tests!
Yeah. I wasn’t impressed. Kinda bummed actually.
Fyi: Run iperf3 with "-R" for upload test
What speed is without mash connectly to wifi directly to Express connedted to the switch with ethernet cable?
You may need to rephrase that. Not sure I understand what you’re asking there.
Thanks for sharing. It seemed to be ok but not great.
I tend to agree. Room for improvement
Nice, appears to be good for apartments or a small house. Thinking about getting for my sons, and sister but then I have to manage their network 😢😢
I agree. Would be good for that space for sure.
Super Test 👍
Thank you 👍
Wait… you got from almost 1 Gb/s at the beginning (direct connection, real speed), speeds around 200 Mb/s through WiFi and then below 100 and you said it is good? It’s nice looking plastic box, but as it’s main function - providing proper level of speed, it looks like crap for this moment…
Everyone’s needs are different. And yes you sacrifice some speed.
These unifi units look like they suck compared to other mesh units from Asus or TPlink.
From a performance standpoint, No. From a VLAN, Features Standpoint, I think they are better.
