      Awww I knew it. I feel like the conversation where it talks about the three pointers is gone. Where it talks about how they are not guarding his threes and just makes three pointers. I remember that but the video you are linking has tid bits of it 23 mins in but it’s missing something I liked hearing.

There were times during that game Jordan would like almost pass out during time out breaks, so sick, so dehydrated. like he was willing to die on the court and will his team to victory no matter what - he just kept going and going. "a talented player at first but one of the harder worker ever" which turned him into one of the most skillful players ever. He maximized his talents with skill in every aspect of his game to make sure he was at his best. That's why he makes it looks so natural. The game essentially came easy to Jordan. The hard part for him was out-besting himself in practice (and becoming a leader, which was the key element to him eventually winning championships). He was a driven, mad-man.

    Michael Jordan is hands down, no questions asked, no arguments, irrefutably the greatest player to ever touch a basketball. If you want to argue that you truly do not understand basketball or what Michael was truly capable of, you watch all of the comparison videos of MJ and any other player doing the exact same thing, it always looks easy for MJ everyone else is struggling to do it. I will concede there is a genuine conversation about who is the second greatest play of all time, but that will change soon when it is all said and done LeBron James will be the second greatest player to ever touch a basketball, but not even the unbelievable and absolutely incredible things LBJ does and continues to do day in day out will ever put him in the conversation with MJ.

      He's the greatest all around Basketball player of all time in my opinion. He's the best because how he was able to stay focused on the game of basketball despite his challenges in his life, like losing his father. He did more with less from a competition standpoint. LeBron is arguably the best modern player, but he hasn't done what Jordan did in his career.

    Michael Jordan has 5 of the 7 top playoff series scoring averages of all time and 6 of the top 10. Lebron doesn't have one in the top 10. Kobe doesn't. Wilt doesn't even have one.... Yet MJ owns over half of this list including ALL players in the NBA. He averaged over 40 PPG in 5 different playoff series. That's insane. His top 6 playoff series averages are 45.2, 45, 43.7, 43., and 41 respectively, the last being in the finals.
    Jordan holds a whopping 42 NBA Playoff Records. To put that in prospective, this is how he measures up to other All Time Players:
    Number of Playoff Records:
    Michael Jordan - 42
    Bill Russell - 15
    Wilt Chamberlain - 13
    Kareem Abdul Jabbar - 5
    Kobe Bryant - 5
    Lebron James - 0
    Michael Jordan has more Post-Season Records than Russell, Wilt, Kareem, Kobe and Lebron Combined.
    Now read this:
    Jordan holds the Highest career PER average in NBA regular season, post season and NBA Finals history.
    Jordan holds the Highest career Efficiency rating average in NBA regular season, post season and NBA Finals history.
    Jordan holds the Highest career Gamescore average in NBA regular season, post season and NBA Finals history.
    Jordan holds the Highest career Winshares average in NBA regular season, post season and NBA Finals history.
    Jordan holds the Highest MVP shares average in NBA regular season, post season and NBA Finals history.
    Jordan is the only player to lead the league in Scoring and Win Defensive player of the Year a season.
    Jordan is the only player to Win a championship, scoring title and steals title in the same season.
    Jordan is one of 3 players in NBA History to win a NBA scoring championship and NBA Championship in 1 season. George Mikan and Lew Alcindor did it once Each. Jordan did it six times. All six times also leading the playoffs in scoring. Mikan did that once and Alcindor didn't do it at all.
    This all said, I do consider Scalabrine the greatest. But Jordan is 2nd.

      Not an MJ fanboy, I just think its insane that people think Lebron is better than him. Lebron has a losing record in NBA finals and just hasn't shown up in big moments in general. He's one of the greatest no doubt but unless he wins the next 4 NBA championships, he's just not as good as Jordan.

      @Makaveli Pac its easy, another dude with a recruiting ability to form a super team. remembrr that lehelp started that superteam drama, going to another team recruiting a bunch of superstar. all if his championship is with a super team he form. recently he traded an entire roster to get AD and make the lakers one of the deepest team in the league and lets not forget that lebron got outplayed in the finals by a guy named jason terry.

    • @broken78
      @broken78 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @N H Well yeah, because nobody wants to be like Lebron. Don't get me wrong, he is an inspirational player and the 2# best player to play, but all he does is run to the rim for a dunk or layup.

    • @broken78
      @broken78 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @N H Tell me what player wanted to be like LeBron. I'll give you one person who's game is exactly like LeBron's. Giannis. Their shot selection is similar, having the same % of shots in the paint and outside, and their go to move is the run and dunk. Also that doesn't make somebody the GOAT lmfaoo.

    • @broken78
      @broken78 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @N H You say that "we saw another version of Jordan." Right, that was Kobe. Kobe studied everything michael did, grew up watching Michael, and applied it to his game, and it worked for him as he won 5 rings (more than lebozo).

  • @Moneygetjealous
    @Moneygetjealous 7 ปีที่แล้ว +142

    I watched Jordan growing up and I watched Lebron as he ages. Both are very similar in how dominant they are. Both players are considered best in the league. Lebron no doubt has grown into a legend. His all around game and the will to win makes him one of the best to ever suit up. Jordan isn't the all around player Lebron is and he has many flaws to his game. But what makes Jordan great is his drive and competitiveness. His fundamentals is elite. His scoring prowess is unmatched and he was a true lock down defender. Once he's locked into someone, that player don't have a chance. He master the passing lane and his will and determination to win makes him the greatest. There will never be anyone as good as Jordan.

      Someone who defenses give 5ft+ of space in the finals because he can't hit a jumper to save his life can't be a better all around player than Jordan

    • @LeSaul578
      @LeSaul578 7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @sebastian sfeci You just watched a video that included the trailblazers giving MJ space to shoot from 3 all game. And LeBron is a better rebounder, passer, and rim protector, while still being a great scorer, leader, and defender. So to say he is a better all around player isn't farfetched.

    • @sebastiansfeci1305
      @sebastiansfeci1305 7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Alec Cobban in the early 90s everyone except 3 point specialists had space to shoot 3s, it was a different era.

    • @LeSaul578
      @LeSaul578 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You've just discredited the argument that the 90s was a grittier era. Also doesn't make sense to discredit LeBron for being given space when Jordan went through the same defensive treatment.
