Had the problem when I had a mini, there is a trick that temp cures the issue and I learnt this on you tube. With ignition on hold the window switch in the up position and hit the Door card hard 3 time roughly where the motor is. Then the widow should refract. Each time it gets stuck just repeat.
If you are in a situation where the window is locked upwards... Follow the panel removal steps then: Loosen the two gear nuts. Take the two bolts at the very bottom of the door and the two at the top off. Remove the three screws holding the window motor the frame. Force the bottoms of the regulator towards the midline of the door. The window will now drop enough for you to remove the gear screws.
Im tier ...doing w40...I has done many times and about 3 month later its get shock again....but the motor and all around its ok, ,, just gets stock Every few
No need for a hacksaw. There’s a hex screw that holds the motor on. Just remove it and the motor will come loose. Because you hacked through it, your motor is now sitting loose on its hook.
Hi there today I had a care the care came to me because it wasn't able to start I've checked the spark plugs pulse but there weren't any sparks in the coil so after I checked the Crankshaft sesnore it consisted of three wires there were ground but there weren't 12V to the sensor from the ECU do you think that the problem
I think what is causing this is opening the door too fast, you have to open the door, wait for the window to drop down, then pull forwards, other wise you're pulling on the window cause its still in the rubber trim/seal, or you do it too fast and confuse the motor, not sure how the car knows when to put the window back up and how it knows not to put it too high
HA HA HA HA HA same dexterity and thinking as I was 6 and you never showed in video what repaired the window. This must be a joke, exclusive for Professional Electromechanics. Took me to the times when I was a kid, looking to find the electrical fault, and ended doing a lot of unecessary mechanical dissasembly. All of a sudden, THE ICE CREAM CAR ! HA HA HA HA HA

hi there im having trouble reconnecting the bottom left cable, any tips?

You can replace the screw afterwards...
