I have a 400.000km midnight blue 9-5 from 2000 with the same B205E engine. The steering still works. I dont dare drive it ofer 180km/h on winter tyres. On summer tyres it's a blast...second, third and fourth gear @ 95km/h, 145km/h and 180km/h

Now, about your video - It seems like the power steering on the car in the video does not work. Also, I'm noticing a lot of play in the steering, and the geometry is also off. This looks like a pretty beat-up car. What mileage does it have?

I don’t think they made 95s in 97 they started making them in 98 and they are pretty rare my best bet is that you have a 1999 95 base
