Wave 2 and 3 can only be obtained from the Jar, which you gain money from raids (300 a Raid). Wave 1 can only be obtained when you transform into the alien over and over again, so if you transform into Heatblast over and over again you could get one of his mutations.
In my personal opinion. Jai went too far with the price of the mutation jar. I mean does he even realized how little money you get in the raids and he doesn't even do the favor of reducing the price of the jar?
