In this VDO I re-did my router table extension because my old router table insert was not perfectly flat and there are requests to make this vdo.

Good idea, I build a work table to use a router but I think its complex to change and manipulate the router when it's inside in the table and I just get this Stanley model so this video its very useful, many thanks!!!

Saya pun sebelum ni tak berapa kemas buat. Tu sebab setelkan tempat letak plate dulu, baru setelkan table attachment.. Takut tak menjadi buat lubang plate tu.

Lps khatam video boss yg buat acrylic tu..saya reka extention plate ni..blah bwh area hujung kat fence tu sya buat kayu sendal lipat masuk..

Haaa.. Saya ingat saya je kena nasib tak baik.. Tapi yg tapak besar tu mmg best, cuma serik nak beli lagi, takut tak flat jugak nanti.. Rasanya dia dah buat bnyk sgt, mould dia dah tak betul
@@HitoDIY sy ada beli yg besar punya, saiz lebih kurang sekaki x 9 inci utk buat tapk router besar, pun x brapa flat jugak. Tp boleh guna laa😊😊😊
Blade freud bisa pasang riving knife kah tuan ? Saya punya tak dapat, riving knife terlalu tebal.
Kalo freud pro mungkin sama, tapi diablo mmg nipis ketimbang riving knife nya.. Saya adjust supaya riving knife sama level blade di sebelah fence nya supaya kayu tak tersepit nanti di riving knife.

Hey, can you get the button from the saw and share the wiring diagram?
Hi, i got it locally here from shopee. If you have aliexpress available in your country, you should be able to get it there. Just search "sewing machine switch" or "machinery switch" and you can choose the types you wish.. Wiring it would be straight forward and usually intructions are included with the switch.

hi bro can you explain how to get 90 degree rip fence cuz mine is not
You can adjust at the back of the fence to get it parallel with the blade/miter slot..
The angle for the locking mechanism at the rear can be adjusted
it is parallel to blade but not 90 degrees with the table
tuan..table saw stanley model ni sama tak dgn bossman BTS10?..nampak mcm lebih kurang je dan bole masuk dado blade tak?mekasih tuan .....review tuan tak pernah mengecewakan..good job
Beza tuan... Bossman bts10 lebih serupa dgn model lama stanley stst1825... Tapi stanley stst1825 pun masih jauh lebih bagus. Yg saya pakai ni model terbaru stanley, model sst1801.. Ianya adalah improvement dari model stst1825 tu.
Untuk model sst1801 ni, walaupun arbor nya kelihatan agak panjang, tapi masih tak dpt guna dado blade stack dgn selamat.
Saya sendiri pun tak pernah cuba sebab blade nya mahal sgt 😅

Saya beli sendiri dari US tuan.. Haritu ada bawak lebih, saya jual dlm shopee.. Tapi yg harga rendah dah habis.. Skang ada yg batch harga nya tinggi sebab tukaran wang dan shipping cost mahal. So saya tak iklankan

Takde sebab yg spesifik.. Saya taknak buat table pada bukaan maksimum sebab tak nak load berlebihan pada struktur tablesaw. Sebenarnya saya potong agak agak baru ukur.. Ukuran tu saya publish kan supaya org boleh senang ikut.

@@amadkriey8429 T slot dia, mmg size standard punya T track, kalo beli dari shopee mmg bole masuk, make sure beli yg ada adjustable sket supaya takde bergoyang.
