I agree about the MG ZS EV being the main competitor, which is why I bought the Soul EV Maxx two years ago when choosing between the two. Love the car, love the driving, love the fact it looks different to a lot of other cars!
Excellent review! I have a 2020 64kw First Edition and the only thing you may have mentioned were the Nexen tyres which transmit that road noise and give that wheelspin and torque steer. The roadholding and handling is good it's just the low speed traction that is lacking. I'll be upgrading to Michelins when the time comes to change the tyres.
Love the face of it. I'll always go for a stand out car over the boring masses. Can't imagine it's great on motorways or in corners because of the shape though. The boot is also sadly too small for my own liking. I appreciate the basic/oldschool interior layout. I would take a petrol or diesel over electric though.
Going to look at a delivery mileage 2024 (In this same colour & spec) for £17995!. 7 year warranty starts when driven off the forecourt. For that sort of money, don’t think I can go wrong!

Thank you for your comment. That’s a really good price and you’ll have a great little EV. Let me know how you get on.
Is more for city use and for the people that goes to work and back home that is the biggest use many people do with their cars.
